The Philadelphia area needs more diesel pumps and this station provided quite a few, back on their…read moreown islands. I don't need that much diesel fuel on a trip, but it's the everyday, brake-and-go traffic that kills the fuel economy. The other day, I got stuck in a traffic backup because of 3 bank robbers and I was diverted from going down State Road 320 to taking Wynnewood, is it? I remember taking that as an alternative when I lived in the area and coming out around Narberth, and crossing somewhere, ending up in Havertown. Well, not that day, and I ended up wasting a lot of fuel mostly sitting. In any case, on my way out of town, this station was there, and since I don't know the quality of Lukoil (all fuel has minimal stanards, but I don't need surprises for any of 600 miles.) I know Sunoco, good or bad. The pump worked fine from card to fill to receipt. I didn't have an A+ card, so no rewards (oh, that's where the AM/PM went, to A+) so it just took my bank card. It even returned it to me. The one thing that was bad was that there was diesel fuel all over the pump. I didn't see any paper towels, but maybe I missed them. It seemed just to be pumps only back there but there were plenty of them. They weren't terribly high on price but that's because they're all kind of high on price, don't you think?

And I don't even own stock in Sunoco anymore!…read more We have plenty of gas stations out on the main strips, but only two on the back streets nearby. This one is open 24/7 and has a large convenience store which they call A-Plus. The A-Plus rewards card saves you cents off of each gallon of gas on your next fill up, up to twenty gallons! We have saved as much as forty five cents per gallon by purchasing promotional sale items during the month. As an added bonus our local Acme has it's own Sunoco rewards promotion, depending on how much you spend at Acme you receive a rewards card for cents off per gallon up to twenty gallons. The highest we have earned is twenty cents off per gallon, but hey every penny counts especially when it comes to fueling your car. Since I am here and I have run out of fuel for this review I need to talk to the same folks who use this station. There are only eight pumps and most of the time there are obviously people in line waiting to fuel. Instead of fueling up, leaving your vehicle parked at the pumps while you run in to buy the lottery, a breakfast sandwich, a hot dog or a drink, please move your car to the parking lot on the side of the building! We have things to do too you know, like yelp!

Which is great for me and the other 1324283937183 people who seem to benefit from its convenience. This gas station is ALWAYS packed. I find myself having to get gas there at 2am because that seems to be the only time I don't have to wait. Another pet peeve of mine is that it seems like none of the pumps seem to have a lock and with this past winter, standing out in the cold is never a good time. There have been times when I've decided not to get gas on there on some of the more frigid days.
