Their waiting room is nice, clean, and spacious. There are complimentary coffee and beverages, tv and Wi-Fi (and it's fast enough to stream an episode of Game of Thrones). I took my car in for an oil change, but they threw in a car wash and wiped some of the dust off my dash. They also performed a full visual inspection and recommendations for my next service. I felt the price was fair and not once did I feel like they where screwing me over like I sometimes feel at the dealership. As I left, Dave handed me an envelope that contains a free gift, but I must not open it until the next visit. I was going to come back anyway because of the quality of service, but this was just icing on the cake. I wonder what it is...

They took what was the tired 13-year-old Fiat coupe with 69,000 miles on it. And they basically turned it into a new vehicle that has 2500 miles on the tires up restoration. Consumables were replaced, marginal items were replaced, new rubber and tuning the engine and the drivetrain. And because they did such a fantastic job it made sense for us to continue forward we had the interior redone and a European retrofitted screen that's actually built for the Fiat 500s. Wouldn't have done that if the work didn't turn out as good as it did. Just took it in the other week for an annual physical. One of the senior guys drove my car in to the facility and he said "she's got something knocking under there". (Nothing I ever heard but guess what? he hit it right on the head. And even that was under the warranty for the work that they had done. I would also add if it wasn't covered the price that was going to appear on the invoice was minuscule for parts and labor no arguments! The hell with comfort I'm driving it out to California to see my daughter this year! I believe the $$$ tab came just slightly over the Blue book value of the car. I couldn't be more thrilled. We talked about a lot of things here a lot of work that's been done on this car please if you have questions talk to them they'll welcome your inquiry and I don't want to mislead anyone. There service is impeccable! I had a recent issue with my car that was serviced elsewhere. I went…read moreback to that location only to discover that they converted their service bays to just customization work. They said they'd look at my car, but it would be two weeks. That didn't work for me, so I searched Google for a local auto service center with good reviews and found Auto Solutions. I was able to drop my car off that afternoon and they would look at it the very next day. They first test rove it to see if the car did what I thought was wrong with it. They were unable to have the experience my son had with my car (that car didn't do anything wrong for me either when I drove it). They said they'd do a complete inspection anyway and send videos of problem areas if any arose. They found the issue and sent me videos. Who does that? They do. They also found a few other issues, offered fantastic pricing and offered discounts and my choice of using after market parts or OEM parts. They always presented the price options and their honest opinion either way. I had them fix the initial issue, change the rear brake pads and rotors, replace a headlight bulb, and change the oil. With the amount of work I had done, I thought it would have been thousands elsewhere. There were under $1000 and provided constant contact and feedback all along the way. Oh, and they finished everything in a day. I dropped the car off on a Monday afternoon. They started on Tuesday, and due to snow, wanted to keep it until Wednesday morning to be able to test drive on plowed streets. I was able to pay the invoice online and my son went to pick it up Wednesday afternoon. Never have I ever had service so fast, so inexpensive, and with the professionalism they showed. Auto Solutions is now my go-to auto service center. I recommend them to everyone! They are the most honest, genuine, efficient, and professional auto service center anywhere.

They had done a tire rotation and when I returned to let them know about the light, I was treated like garbage. All the men that work there are rude AF. They seemed annoyed I returned. Jiffy lube told me to take my car to a tire shop. Anyways Dakota informed me that it could be the sensor, tire slowly losing pressure and talked to me in detail about how to proceed as my car is 12 years old. They also told me how I can save money & the costs of replacing the sensor, labor & were sooooo kind!! I asked if they could help drill my side bumper as well which they said they could do. They don't do full body work. This is close to my home which is another convenience. They have the sweetest quotes on their billboard by the entrance.

It's close to my house and came recommended by a few friends. So this is where I dropped off my vehicle. Drop off was very easy. They have an ongoing relationship with the nearby enterprise Rent-A-Car. So I was able to be picked up without any issues. Throughout the time that my car was at CDE I was kept Informed of their progress. The staff is pleasant and accommodating. This morning I got a text and phone call telling me that my vehicle was ready for pick up. The bodywork is excellent. You'd never know I was in an accident. But the icing on the cake, my interior, due to taking kids to football baseball, etc. was pretty disgusting. CDE cleaned it so it looks like new! What a pleasant surprise. With lady customers, he probably, cleans it up. He lied about damage to one of my plastic hubcaps. He denied the damage & blamed it on the carwash, that I go to. NO way the car wash caused the damage! I wanted the cabin filter changed, along with an overall inspection. It was not changed. I have been a solid customer, with hundreds of dollars spent.
