Mike the previous owner had great prices and was trustworthy- in 6 years they had never said anything was wrong with my car so my husband knew it was suspicious. Thank goodness we took the car elsewhere and we will never be back at this facility ever again!

You call for a day and then drop the car the night before or show up in the morning and check in. They verified the oil change and asked if I needed additional service. I asked them to take a look and let me know as I didn't think it did. The staff is really friendly and welcoming. The service was very affordable and the quality and care they put into their work is tremendous. When they called to inform me my car was ready, they validated that no other work needed to be done. But if I wanted to 30K service I could. I decided to pass and doing it next month. They didn't push the services and to call them for an appointment when ready. Lastly, the waiting room has very comfortable theater style seating and a small cafe bar. I'm going to bring all my cars here for future services. Thanks!

Have been going here for years and dropped off our son's new car to be looked over. Needed an oil…read morechange and some other work done. Picked up the car and did not get to far without it smoking. The oil cap was not put on leaving the oil to go all over the engine, exhaust pipes and drained on our driveway. We have been loyal customers here for many years, which makes this experience especially disappointing. We brought in our son's new car for a routine inspection, including an oil change and additional work. Shortly after picking up the vehicle, it began smoking. When my husband later opened the hood, oil splashed into his eye, which was extremely concerning and unsafe. He discovered the oil cap had not been replaced, causing oil to spray throughout the engine, onto the exhaust, and all over our driveway. When we contacted the shop, we were told that if the car was returned before noon, it would be inspected and we would receive a call. We never received that call. Because of this error, we were without a vehicle for two days and had to rearrange work and school schedules, including taking time off work. Ultimately, the only action taken was cleaning the oil spill and refilling the oil. There was no follow-up communication, no apology, and no offer of reimbursement or compensation for the inconvenience and disruption caused. Given our long history with this business, we are very surprised and disappointed by the lack of responsibility, communication, and customer care shown in handling this situation. This was once our go-to place, and this experience has significantly changed our confidence in their service.

While, I would give my one-time experience with the mechanics a 0 star rating, I would give the follow-up by the ownership and absolute 6 star rating out of 5. That averages out to 3 stars. I would say that I have rarely seen this type of follow-up and care for their customers and their experiences from any other business. This was truly the example of good business practices. Mark compensated me for the outstanding bill associated with my issue and then some for my horrible day. I will assume my experience was an anomaly as I have never had this issue prior to this day. I thank Mark for reminding me that Casey is a family-owned business and a member of our community and I will do my part and continue to pledge my future business to their garage. I came here suspecting I had a…read moreleak; with the super cold weather, my tires were deflating, which is normal, but one tire kept deflating at a faster rate. Anywho, Just Tires was super busy on this particular Friday evening and I was informed to wait 2-hours. Thankfully, they have some stuff to entertain you with, including a TV in the waiting room showing Big Bang Theory, coffee, and if anything, free Wi-Fi so you can mindlessly scroll for hours as you wait. I was informed that I did indeed have a nail in my tire. Unfortunately, I had to replace two of the tires, as the tires were stock as was more bald than Mr Clean. The technician was nice enough to show me the nail and after figuring out which tire to get, I was out the door in no time. All-in-all, decent enough service, with no huge pressure to upcharge me.

I needed to get an oil change and the prices are decent here while the service is pretty good so I knew I wouldn't go anywhere else. While changing my oil, Dan and the tech, Nikolai, were able to find some other issues including my brakes, egr valve gasket and camshaft plug. They were honest with me regarding what they found and gave me a decent price without tryin to run me up which I appreciated. Overall, they did a great job with my car and they didn't try to push unnecessary work to be done on my car. I will continue to use them and I would highly recommend everyone else to as well. They took what was the tired 13-year-old Fiat coupe with 69,000 miles on it. And they basically turned it into a new vehicle that has 2500 miles on the tires up restoration. Consumables were replaced, marginal items were replaced, new rubber and tuning the engine and the drivetrain. And because they did such a fantastic job it made sense for us to continue forward we had the interior redone and a European retrofitted screen that's actually built for the Fiat 500s. Wouldn't have done that if the work didn't turn out as good as it did. Just took it in the other week for an annual physical. One of the senior guys drove my car in to the facility and he said "she's got something knocking under there". (Nothing I ever heard but guess what? he hit it right on the head. And even that was under the warranty for the work that they had done. I would also add if it wasn't covered the price that was going to appear on the invoice was minuscule for parts and labor no arguments! The hell with comfort I'm driving it out to California to see my daughter this year! I believe the $$$ tab came just slightly over the Blue book value of the car. I couldn't be more thrilled. We talked about a lot of things here a lot of work that's been done on this car please if you have questions talk to them they'll welcome your inquiry and I don't want to mislead anyone.
