If I could give Mr. Bozarth 6 stars I would. Josh is very professional and prompt. When he says he is on his way, he is on his way. I barely had enough time to run to get money for him before he was at the door ready to let my mom back into her home! Hopefully I dont need a locksmith's service again. But if I do I know who I'll be calling! 11/10 read more

They were very prompt and fixed the problem right up - so affordable! Will use them for all lock/key repairs from now on. Update: didn't realize I only kept this on 'draft'. Since the original writing, I have used Bozarth numerous times. Every single time, they are quick, efficient, and professional. Like I said, I will be using Bozarth from here on. The best. read more

On Saturday my mother in law lock herself out from her vehicle, I was out of town so I couldn't help her. I was desperate to find someone that would help her. I probably called about 7 companies and everyone is booked up it was three- four until they can dispatch someone. Until I called Bozarth Lock & Safe Josh was super friendly and showed empathy and compassion! He showed up and unlocked the vehicle even called me when he completed the Job to let me know my mother in law okay. I highly recommend this company! read more

Have used Bozarth twice. The 1st time was re-keying 22 locks our our home. This most recent time I had all locks re-keyed on one of our rentals. Both times they showed up on time, gave quick courteous service and every lock worked perfectly with no issues. I've used others in the past where I cant say the same thing. Would highly recommend. read more

Abraham was fast and super friendly. Came out and made me a new key in less then an hour. Would definitely call them again if needed. Made me a new truck key read more

NOT 24 Hrs it seems. Called twice around midnight, no answer. Seems like a lot of these "24/7" locksmith places aren't really 24 hrs here in Bakersfield. read more

I needed to get my locks changed and Josh came out and was extremely professional, timely, and clearly knew his craft. Rekeyed my whole house and made me keys in no time at all. I wouldn't hesitate to use this service again when I need it! read more

Bozarth has rekeyed all the doors on two houses for me. Excellent job. Reliable. Prompt. Reasonable pricing. I will keep using him. Also you have to call him - texting and yelp messaging does not work. read more

Our house was burglarized and I needed the locks changed ASAP. Josh answered the phone and agreed to come out today, but said it might be after 5. He called at 1:30 and arranged to be at my house at 2:30. He requested I have ID and proof of ownership of the house available for him to look at and I very much appreciated this attention to detail. It makes me feel safer to know that a stranger can't just call a locksmith and have them change the locks on my house. Josh was pleasant and professional and very speedy! He quickly installed 2 new locks and re-keyed my other four locks to match. I couldn't believe the price he quoted, I fully expected to pay three times as much. Needless to say, I was delighted by the excellent communication, speedy service and great price. Josh was my hero on a very stressful day! I highly recommend this company. read more

Wasn't able to help me make a key but was very professional over the phone and recommended me to others who could solve my problem. I appreciate Bozarth Lock & Safe! read more

Fast service, good price, and excellent expertise. If I had to recommend a locksmith I would hire Bozarth again.

My truck was broken into and my purse was stolen. My purse had my house key along with my mom's house key, both addresses where also written somewhere in my wallet. Josh came out the same day we called and rekeyed both my house and my mom's house. He was quick and efficient. It took him around 30 minutes per residence to rekey 8/9 locks per house as well as an electric keypad deadbolt. I hope I don't ever need a locksmith again, but if I do now know who to call. Thanks again!! read more

Bozarth are my go to guys, I've had a few embarrassing situations like locking myself out of my rental house & recently out of my 09 Corolla. Bozarth Lock & Safe are THEE BEST they arrive on short notice and get the job done. They are life savers........ read more

Got locked out in the middle of moving with a load of stuff to offload. It was a Saturday and Bozarth was the only company that answered the phone (though they all boast 24 hour service). Told him the situation, he said he'd be here in 30 minutes. 29 minutes later, the van arrived. 10 minutes or less after he arrived, including jumping tall fences in a single bound, I was back in! He wasn't wearing a cape, but he saved the day! For that level of service and professionalism, I'd have paid double! Highly recommended! Will definitely use for all future locksmithing needs! read more

We broke off our key in the door to out Airstream trailer. We called Jim from the road and he kindly directed us to a place we could easily park. He met us there and fixed everything in record time... Less than a Hal hour. This guy knows his stuff!! read more

Bozarth is the best. Jim answers his phone. He's prompt and very informative. My older model car was broken into and while trying to steal it, the thieves screwed up the ignition lock cylinder. Jim came right out and was able to come up with a plan that got me back into my car without having to try to replace the discontinued cylinder lock. read more

Highly recommend using Bozarth locksmith. Needed to have door handles and deadbolts replaced; called looking for a quote and next steps. During the conversation, I was advised on the best type of locks/ door handles to purchase along with an estimate of installation. I purchased the equipment and called back to set up appointment. Bozarth was on time, polite and paid attention to ensuring that the new door handles & locks would correctly work. There was additional work required as the original handles/ locks were over 20+ years. Extremely happy with the service and will be using them when needed again. Thank you Bozarth read more

On time, pleasant demeanor fixed the front door lock in 15 minutes. The lock required a bit of extra work but no extra charge. Wanted cash and warned me ahead of time with the initial call. I'm happy read more

Extremely happy with my experience with Bozarth lock and safe! I called same day and was lucky to get a last minute appointment, which I was very grateful for. They came out at the scheduled time and were friendly and efficient. I would recommend their services to anyone in need!! read more

Called them for a weird door latch - which generally wouldn't. Appointment made with ease - per my schedule, not theirs; and they called me pre-arrival - as they said they would. Worked for a long time to correct the problem - and twice took it back off after I thought it was fine. They obviously know their stuff, were very professional and nice. Also charged me less than the "phone estimate" which I appreciated. Very fair price for the work. Would definitely call again - and recommend to others. read more
