The right meshed pocket ripped and I almost unknowingly lost my keys! I've purchased other O'Neill Men Reserve Hybrid Shorts in 2024 and since worn upon arrival, had the zipper's stitching unravel, and the other's zipper mechanism come apart! Certainly not the quality one should expect from such a well-known brand. I'm am very dismayed and feel O'Neill has recently succumbed to the ways of incremental skimping to save a few cents with such large volume to equate into real dollars for them at the cost of alienating their customers. Shoppers BEWARE…read more Yesterday I purchased what I believed was a genuine black leather purse from this shop (along with other items). The purse was tagged and sold as leather for $300+. When I got home, I discovered it's actually vegan leather. Even worse, after wearing it briefly, I developed an allergic reaction around my neck. My skin is very sensitive to synthetic materials. I called the store the following day and they admitted the bag was vegan leather--but refused to offer a refund or any solution, citing a "final sale on accessories" policy. This is misleading marketing and false advertising. Charging leather prices for non-leather goods, then hiding behind a final-sale policy, is unacceptable. Do not shop here or if you do please double-check everything before you buy. I would not trust their labeling or policies again.
