I walked in to the market and looked around for a restroom - didn't see one anywhere. I noticed that the space was pretty small and a bit cramped and there was a door propped open that led to what looked like a storage space - luckily I didn't end up in there accidentally. Finally eventually someone working there said that the restrooms were across the street. Got it! Headed across the street to what looked like a state park type free-standing restroom facility. It was fairly clean which was nice! However there was no soap in the dispenser and I couldn't get the automatic faucet to give up any water. Well, I guess that's what hand sanitizer is for, right? Yikes. I did a quick glance around at the liquor options behind the counter, because I wanted to see if I could pick up a local whisky we had tried while on Drummond Island. I didn't see any and the guy behind the counter didn't ask if I had any questions or if I was looking for anything in particular so that was a bit awkward. They only had your typical big name bottles, nothing at all that looked local. Not a big deal but I also didn't feel super welcomed there. There was a nice little walking path and grassy area for my friends' dogs to roam, as well as a really nice view of Mullett Lake! We saw a person hanging out there with their dog just enjoying the views. It made for a pleasant outdoor experience even if the indoor experience wasn't 5 stars. I probably wouldn't go out of my way to get to this spot again, as it was pretty far off the highway.

We made it home and woke up this morning to take it there first thing. They told us it was a Canadian vehicle and out of basic warranty so they can't help us and sent us away. We stopped by advanced auto parts and they sent us to upper lakes tire who actually helped us. After talking to our dealership, they said Feeny should love this kind of work since they will be getting paid from another dealership and it's warrantied work from them. We called back to speak to a manager once we talked to our dealer, and he told us the same thing. "It's a Canadian vehicle so we can't help you." They only suggestion they gave us was to go to muffler man which is closed today. Whether they could actually help us or not, they need to improve on their customer service and explaining things since they left us with no explanation of why they couldn't help us beyond the fact that they were busy.

Quaker state in town has never screwed up an oil change for me, I'd take my car there. FEENY will also pressure you to buy and extended warranty when buying your new car there. I did buy an extended warranty at FEENY when I purchased my new car there. I took it in and they said we can call the mopar rep but we don't think it will be covered? Why? It is expensive was their answer. Of course they are changing their tune now trying to blame it on me. Going on since January and despite multiple phone calls and talking with owner they will not honor the warranty! Also, many times I would try to make an appointment for a repair and often it would take 1-2 weeks to get an appointment! Is this because it takes 3 visits for them to do a simple repair? Is it because the cars they sell break down that much? Is it because they know I have a warranty they wish not to honor? Not sure but either way not good! Said they would help me find lidging if i had to stay the night. Don/Trey in serve found the issue, bad DEF module. They had one in stock and was able to get me back on the road in 3 hours. Cant say enough about the whole staff at Dave King Chevy. They go way beyond service. I am from ohio but if i lived closer they would get all my service.

I was running a bit late and took a chance and went in for an oil change, although I only had 20…read moreminutes before I was due at a meeting at a bank downtown, since I knew that I would be tied up for the rest of the day. They advertise as being a 10-Minute Oil Change, but Chris and Tyler were extremely efficient and completely serviced my car and changed the oil in even less time than that. My wife and I live in Cross Village and always use this location if we need an oil change and are in Petoskey or the area. The service is always great, but the service provided today by Chris and Tyler was exceptional. In addition to potential customers, I hope the owner of this oil change facility reads this review and give them the pat on the back they deserve.

On vacation in the Charlevoix area, we experienced what no vacationer wants to experience: car…read moreproblems. Specifically, a flat tire. Bad luck. Good luck: this business was just a block away. We slowly drove our car into their very busy shop on a Thursday morning and were immediately greeted by two staff who left a project to help us. Within 10-minutes, they had our tire off and in a tub of water to find the leak. Because we had driven a while on a low tire, unknowingly, there was evidence of side wall damage. We dreaded a big bill and long wait. More good luck: a screw was retrieved, the pressure left in the tire was adequate to not ruin it and our hole was foxed within 15-minutes. The auto repair staff and office staff were all wonderful. They were reassuring, honest and made us feel at home. They could have easily put us at the back of the line (we are out of towners) or sold us an expensive new tire. We walked away with a $25 repair bill. They even let us keep our car on their property while we went to breakfast and explored downtown on bikes. You don't find business like this these days. Please give them your business and respect. Wish we lived closer. They would be our go-to for car repairs.

We can always rely on fresh produce and specialty cheeses, prices are comparable to the big box stores. I was very surprised about one of the negative comments regarding deli food...if any issue has arisen .. once informed the staff has always been eager to "make it right". Having fresh and local produce, and many tasty pre-pared items with a great overall selection selection, convenience to home and a lovely check-out staff (always available) makes a trip to Harbor IGA a pleasure. The reason being because we put glass bottles in the glass return spot and it "broke" the machine even though it was running perfectly fine and NEVER had troubles. We were apparently in his way and said sorry 100's of times but every time he cussed us out. Will never return bottles ever again there. Awful and unprofessional work! The whole store heard the worker.I feel bad for his coworkers. Never ever again, we are only 14 and got cussed out multiple times.
