I like how much they focus on technique and making sure you are performing the exercises correctly and safely. This is the first gym in Chico that I have gone to that I can tell I am getting stronger. Besides focusing on technique, correct form, and adaptive fitness the owners are two of the funniest and nicest people you will ever meet! I have met so many great people here and we are all supportive and encouraging of each other.
