I used another company prior to contacting Zoom Drain…read more I had a clogged and the previous company wasn't able to fix the problem after I spent about $500 with them. They actually wanted more money to keep testing other methods to see if they'll eventually fix it. I told them I would get a second opinion and go from there. I contacted Zoom and they came out the next day and fix the clogged for half the price in about 30 mins or so. I wish I would have contacted them first. Lesson learned I guess.

I used Zoom drain this past week. They offered the best price, the most thorough analysis, but the…read moreone thing that tipped the scales in their favor was there are obvious honesty. At first, I was a little bit taken aback because outward honesty is rare, but in the end after I compared all of the analysis, estimates, visuals, I was provided with, and statements of the five bids I put myself through - Zoom Drain was spot on accurate and offered what was truly in my best interest and recommended only what was in my best interest. I also found it noteworthy that when they begin work, the outside specialties that they brought in such as a plumber, and a relining company for one section of my pipe were exactly the same as they were. Birds of a feather flock together. A year or two ago, I use the lining company to check my pipes because I live in an old neighborhood. That relining company associated with the Zoom Drain told me that there was nothing wrong with my pipes and that I should do nothing. This job involved running new sewer pipe, and a new clean water feed into my house while I had the driveway ripped up to put down new pavers and new Irrigation. In other words, I'm being proactive in in an old neighborhood and getting the pipes replaced before they failed. Zoom's pricing was very very fair and if you want to do the worst of the math, 1/3 of the price of Lee Plumbing who's analysis in bid was outside the norm as determined by the other 4 bids. Don't get me started on Lee Plumbing a conglomerate to scooping up all the small independent plumbing companies in Las Vegas. Finally, when digging up my yard, Zoom Drain did not have to try to save an old cactus a blooming tree in several other plantings, but they did carefully shoveling around things that were in danger instead of just using the heavy machinery. I have no hesitation at all and recommending Zoom Drain. I don't work for them, they did work for me, the work is done, and I'm getting nothing from this except the feeling I'm paying back someone who did very well for me and that I recommend to others.

My water heater was leaking in the garage, so I contacted a plumber (ROOTER MAN) con artist that…read moreworks with Bolmer. They came and removed the old water heater, connected a new water heater (leaving it on the floor of my garage) for which I paid $1000, and referred me to Bolmer Restoration stating that water had leaked behind my walls. Upon meeting with Bolmer I was told that all the work will be covered by my homeowner's insurance. They removed a portion of my kitchen cabinets and the lower half of the wall in my kitchen and garage, then stopped showing up. They stated they would not return until they received full payment. Eduardo and his company proceeded to charge my insurance company for almost $12,000. When my insurance company proceeded to pay them a more than reasonable $5k+ they placed a mechanics lien on my home for the remaining balance. After a year of litigation, I am finally rid of this nightmare. It's unbelievable to me that these con artists are allowed to stay in business. STAY AWAY FROM BOLMER RESTORATION & ROOTER MAN PLUMBING.

I never like giving a review to a company that's so negative but the 1-star as I'll explain is…read morequite deserved. After repeatedly trying to clear a blockage of my guest shower drain( in fact, nothing was draining on that side of the house ), I gave in a called this company on the recommendation of a friend. The plumber showed up in the time frame they said he would. He was polite and listened to what was going on and explained he'd need to come in from the drain access on the outside of the house. Once we found the access he started working and I left him to it. I don't think it was even 25 or so minutes later that his "manager" showed up. I say that because I'd prefer to call him a "plumbing hit man". He started right off with this rapid fire explanation of how I had this problem but I was "lucky" because his company offered a service to fix the blockage in my main drain line but that they could possibly get my homeowners insurance to pay for it. He took me in the house and showed me where the pipe was where they'd need to dig into the concrete subfloor to get to the problem. Mind you, up to this point AT NO TIME did they tell me the problem was already fixed and everything was draining fine. When I started asking questions about the cost and the exact problem he was being evasive with answers. He then took me outside where they put the camera down the pipe and he kept trying to show me where there was a problem but I couldn't see any problems ( I'm not a plumber but I'm no way stupid ). Again, they STILL haven't told me everything is draining. We went back into the house and I asked why we couldn't get to the blockage ( I was still under the assumption it was still blocked and, seemingly, that we couldn't reach the blockage from the outside. ) from a couple points inside the house. It was at this point the manager started getting irritated I kept asking questions and at one point intimated I wouldn't understand the problem and that I couldn't even if he tried to explain. I completely lost it and told him to get the heck ( I used much harsher language ) out of my house. I had to walk outside I was so freaking angry. When I came back in the tech/plumber FINALLY told me everything was draining fine but just to be careful what gets flushed in the future. Insane. So yeah, my recommendation is to never, ever call this place unless you want to get sold bs work you don't need or deal with, sorry, a real A-hole who doesn't want to deal with your questions or your utter ignorance of plumbing issues.
