Seeing that made the experience even more frustrating. A strict return policy like this may save the company money in the short term, but it also risks driving away loyal customers. There are many retailers with more customer-friendly return policies, especially when items are new with tags or defective. Unfortunately, this experience has changed my opinion of shopping here. I looked at some of the nursing pants and shirts for women, the price seem reasonable. I touch the material and it does feel different from the higher quality one. They said it's wrinkles free and such but you won't know until you try it out yourself. The employees were nice to me when I walked inside, they greeted me and let me shop in piece.
