We asked them if they could make them a little spicier and they were more than happy too! The crawfish is very moist and juicy too. We were at a friends house that same night and they got crawfish from another crawfish stand. After comparing side to side, taste to taste, The Crawfish Cartel's crawfish won- hands down! They were much more flavorful & juicer. I first reached out to The Crawfish Cartel to ask what the price per pound was via FB Messenger. They let me know and Ashley (one of the owners) told me they were almost sold out for the night. I was really bummed but after asking how many lbs we needed, Ashley let me know they could accommodate and went out of their way to make sure we could still enjoy their crawfish and was able to make the requested amount for us! We have been to so many crawfish places and The Crawfish Cartel is definitely my favorite!
