Love the enrichment options and different theme days Daycare package options Reasonably priced bath/grooming options Air conditioning** Main reason in choosing them is the other daycares set a 'nap time' and had my boy crated. He's free range! He would cry when I'd take him to the others and run out as soon as I picked him up.

Please reconsider before bringing your pet here…read more Since the change in management, the quality and standards of care have noticeably declined. In the past, pets could freely enjoy time outside to socialize and play with others while waiting for grooming or pickup--no special request was needed. Now, however, it seems you must explicitly ask for your pet to be let outside, or they're kept in crates for extended periods, sometimes from 9:30 AM until almost 5:00 PM. For pets with high anxiety, like our doodle who struggles with being confined to small spaces, this is distressing and far from the previous standard of care. Additionally, we encountered communication issues. When we hadn't received a call about our dog's pickup and the day was nearing close, we tried calling for an update but received no answer. We also noticed that grooming quality has diminished, with grooming services seeming rushed and lacking attention to detail. The cut our pet received was much shorter than requested and poorly executed. These new policies, combined with increased prices and limited staffing, have led us to seek alternative care options. We urge other pet owners to carefully consider their options as well.

We'd sent paperwork in advance re Mike's health/vax records--very reassuring to know your kennel and the staff is organized and available. Mike was smiling at drop-off (he really was) and recognized a few folks. Two weeks later when we came to pick him up, all was ready! And Mike was wagging his tail. Best kennel we've found in 35 yrs of loving dogs!

Jagger Scott kept in touch constantly with beautiful videos showing our little boys' progress week by week. Berwyn had confrontation issues in public with other dogs, and people, and now he is calm and poised and responds immediately to commands. The beautiful part,,- in all the videos he is wagging his tail during training, he was obviously having a blast training with Jagger during the training sessions. Jagger is truly our local Austin dog whisperer , and we are truly appreciative of all his work that he did for our little boy Berwyn . This is a really wonderful investment, because for the next 10 or 12 years at least, Berwyn is now going to be able to come to restaurants with us, go shopping at stores and most importantly, go with us to outdoor concerts to watch our son in concert! This has opened up a whole new life for him, he's going to get to go everywhere with us and share life with us, I am so excited and looking forward to the future, thank you, Jagger!

I brought my 8 month old puppy to training there and a couple play days in preparation for boarding. I then decided to board her over Easter for a last-minute trip instead of leaving her home with my grown son. I booked her boarding on April 3rd for my trip starting on April 14th. My son was very upset about not being able to keep her so on April 10th while she was at a play day, I explained the situation to the kennel and asked if I could just put my $180 boarding deposit towards future play days and cancel the boarding as keeping my son happy was more important to me than boarding my puppy. Well, it turns out that April 5 was the deadline for cancellation. I know for a fact they were not full as I was able to choose her boarding area. The deadline was literally two days after I confirmed and paid the $180 deposit for her boarding, yet I don't remember anyone telling me about the deadline to cancel being two days later. It blows me away that with my unique circumstances, they refused to put my $180 towards future play days as I would've been bringing her there 2 to 3 times a month at $30 a day not to mention the training sessions I would have been booking. I booked it two days before the supposed deadline and a week later, I had to change my mind due to family issues. I was not asking for my money back. I just wanted to be able to use it somewhere else. Lastly please be aware that you are charged for all play days and training sessions when you book the date instead of the day of service. This doesn't seem right. They already have your credit card on file so there's no need to charge you ahead of time. That should be done after the training or play days are completed.

Update in response to the owner's comment on my Google review:…read more I've attached my veterinarian's records to support my claim. From the assessment: "Given clinical signs and history, suspect recurrent aspiration pneumonia, possibly secondary to vomiting (gastroenteritis, infectious/inflamm/toxin) or concurrent upper respiratory infection" "Has a history of bronchopneumonia after boarding at the same facility in June." This is directly from VCA Tanglewood Animal Hospital. Please see the attached photo of the record for full context. - This is the second time our dog is dangerously sick after visiting this daycare. The first time, we were genuinely concerned -- he was lethargic, vomiting bile, had severe diarrhea, and wouldn't eat. When we called the owner, we were told he probably just needed to "sleep it off", "take him to the vet if you want to waste money", and that he wasn't used to that much play. We trusted that explanation, thinking maybe he was just overwhelmed. We still spent the money to get him checked out. He ended up needing antibiotics and several days of care, and the vet told us that if we'd waited any longer, he would've needed extreme intervention. We still thought it wasn't the daycare's fault. This week, after just 8 hours back at the same daycare, he had the exact same symptoms. The vet concluded that was no coincidence. Whether it's poor sanitation, exposure to illness, or something else -- the odds are this facility made our dog sick. It's not worth the risk to your dog's life or the medical bills. We're devastated, and we wouldn't want anyone else to go through this.
