We thank Rich for getting our new fridge from NJ to our home in 1 day! We also thank Colston and Joe for their great work to install the fridge. They are knowledgeable, polite and friendly. Trinity was Costco's contractor in my area. They wanted payment in full even before providing an…read moreinstallation date. I had Costco intervene and they agreed to half payment two months before installation but they took the whole amount from my credit card anyway. I should have balked then but I didn't want to start over. I found the owner to be arrogant. Recently when they were trying to get me to renew my service contract, they tried to upsell me on $165 valve adjustment with a vague reference that not doing so could negate the warranty. I checked the Generac manual and found that my generator has hydraulic lifters which don't require adjustment. Needless to say I terminated my relationship with them.

Thanks to Robert and Ryan! But I do have 2 issues with the sales. 1. They bill me $675 for handling township electric work permitting, and the township price is $250, a 170% markup. The salesman said it is because they have to hire high-priced inspectors. I told him the $250 township fee includes the inspection. He said I was wrong. The inspector came in today and was paid by the Township. I was right. 2. The sales tried to bill me $500 for a loose house electric meter. I told him that multiple workers in the past had checked and found nothing wrong with the meter itself. Just the screws to the wall were loose. We verbally agreed that the installation crew would re-check during work and would adjust the price accordingly. Robert and Ryan did check and found nothing wrong with the meter and re-attached it back to the wall, but still charged me $400 claiming they were not allowed to adjust more than $100. I would be happy to pay premium for honest job, but $875 out of the $2,468 I paid to Ampd is for nothing. I bought the connector separately. Robert and Ryan did a good job, but the sales process as a whole was less than honest.

We see them 2x a year for service and each service is scheduled about 30 days in advance by their friendly office staff. They're always punctual come appointment time which I really appreciate. When they guy is here we only see him for a minute or two before he starts doing his thing. I assume they're doing great work, because whenever there's a power outage the generator starts up without any issue. All in all we're very happy with GenPro. I'd definitely recommend them for generator maintenance in Bucks County.

I contacted Phinite Services and several other HVAC contractor over six months ago for a quote on…read morereplacing our 25 year old large 5 ton multi-zone ducted AC and gas-fired hydronic heating system boiler. The replacement required some complicated electrical rework, including replacement of one main electrical panel. Except for Phinite Services, the other contractors either could not figure out our hydronic heated floor system in order to quote the boiler system replacement, they could not handle the electrical rework required, or their estimates came in more than twice that of Phinite Services. We ultimately chose Phinite Services. They prepared and provided us with actual design drawings and plans, (none of the other contractors would provide any drawings or plans). Phinite Services price was reasonable and they completed the rather complicated job in just two days. The system and electrical wiring has been working flawlessly for the last six months. I feel very fortunate to have Energize Electric Service available for my residential electric…read moreneeds. They provide sound advice, prompt service, and very good work. I've been wanting to get a portable electric generator that would provide sufficient electricity to power important circuits in my house, should a storm cause an interruption. Dominic, of Energize Electric, came to my house to survey my electric service and ask me what parts of my house I wanted to have restored, should service be interrupted. I ordered the generator and once it was delivered to my house, we scheduled the installation of the power transfer switch and the portable generator house plug. To my delight, a crew of two electricians from Energize Electric had the transfer panel and all necessary wiring installed within a few hours. They arrived on time and when they were done with the installation, they cleaned up, and we fired up the generator. They showed me how to hook it up to the house and we tested the transferred circuits.
