My kids and I love this place! It's really close to my house which makes it incredibly easy to go to. Getting frustrated because my wife and I love this place. We are a tad picky when we order so we clearly lay out what we want. We always get the Peanut Butter Dream the same way. Regular with 2 scoops of protein added inside / make with pitaya instead of açaí / add extra scoop of regular peanut butter on top (note we didn't say substitute anything or remove anything else. This is the fourth time I've paid 15 bucks for a bowl and the order is wrong. Extra peanut butter was added inside so it's not on top and for some reason you decided not to add the peanut butter drizzle of crumble (I forget which one it is) . I know it sounds stupid and petty but when I'm paying nearly 15 bucks for a bowl and I tip 20% every single time, I expect it to be made correct. Attention to detail and following instructions is not hard. I clearly state everything how I want it and it just seems to continue to be an issue. If I say add something on top, add it on top, if I say inside, add inside, if I don't say remove an item, then don't decide for yourself to remove it. Loyal customer ever since I moved to the area and I'm about to stop coming. Hopefully leadership / management reaches out to make it correct. This is why I don't agree with these tipping machines that ask for a tip before the order is done. Four times I have given a worker here a $3.00 tip. A tip is for what? A job well done and going above and beyond yet I've given cash away for a half ass order done wrong. Teaches these kids nothing. read more

I love getting acai bowls from Bowlista! Out of the acai places around here, this one by far takes the win. Prices are decent and the flavors are delicious. I'm not a fan of the make your own bowls because the bases are just acai or pitaya, which are bland by themselves. However, it's all about one's preference. My favorite part is the dark Belgium chocolate they offer. It's usually not at places like Nekter (no, the cocoa nibs aren't the same!). I highly recommend giving this place a try. First time and definitely the last time. The service was quick and kind but the value is horrendous. I ordered an Almond Bliss bowl and what I was expecting was acai on the bottom, fruits and goodies on top. What I got was an acai/banana/liquid smoothie halfway to the top and nuts and chocolate (and coconut, even though almond bliss is not supposed to have coconut which is exactly why I ordered it) 3 slivers of strawberry and a drizzle on top.
