I deducted one star because I found checkout slow in self-checkout. The machine prompted for a Perks rewards card number that I could not locate on their website. It would be nice if that rewards number was readily available on Lin's website. I was instructed by a store employee, after pressing the help button on the screen, to simply enter the phone number associated with the Perks reward account I was shopping with. It worked just fine with the phone number. Music plays over the store through speakers like any other grocery store. Kind of sad music at times, but mostly popular music. It wasn't loud in the store.
