The stall doors do not close completely, which is uncomfortable and unacceptable. And I'm honestly very thrown off by the lounge area that has now been set up OUTSIDE the bathrooms. It's not only an odd setup--it's a little (okay, a LOT)creepy. On top of that, because Bowlero is so quick to ban people, you don't really feel comfortable complaining. You never know when you might be banned without any recourse. Everything seems to be based on hearsay from management, and honestly, that's a joke.It's no surprise they have a class-action lawsuit against them.
