My boyfriend's father is a serious bowler so they really take the game seriously, as I just try not to get my ball in the gutter. This Bowlero is huge and offers a parking lot that can hold all of the guests they have coming in. Checking in and getting our lanes was super smooth and quick, the guys at the counter were very kind and helpful - a great first impression! The bowling alley itself was really clean, buzzing with guests and although the building was a bit dated, I could see the upgrades they've made. Along with the huge tvs playing music videos and sports, they offered a bar, a concession stand and a small arcade. We only had one little one with us and got an arcade card for him to enjoy. Unfortunately, he wasn't super impressed by the arcade but it provided him with a few minutes of fun. The drinks available were surprisingly diverse and tasty! The concession stand offered the basics, pizza, wings, etc. The guy behind the counter was hilarious and ready to get off of work, but he was a trip lol. He put a rush on our order and made sure that we were set before he left. The wings were not anything to write home about, lol, but they worked. The pizza was better than I expected!! And when they made a mistake preparing an extra pie, they gave it to us at half price. We love to see it. Our only hiccup was that our bowling balls kept getting stuck! I'm not sure how we ended up with the fluke lane lol but the team members onsite were quick to fix them each time. A fun visit, especially because I didn't fail miserably at the game this time!

They are open until 12am which was different for me because usually bowling locations stay open till about 1am for their late night Cosmic bowling (we came on a friday evening) either way we arrived at 9:30pm anf still had plenty of time to bowl. Whole environment was awesome though. Unlimited bowling & got their promo of a large pizza and margaritta pitcher was awesome. Pros and cons for sure. Not sure i would come back to this location but if youre close by not a bad spot to come bowling at.

We got there around 11:30 PM on a Saturday, and there was still plenty of parking available, which was a nice surprise. The crowd was decent without feeling overly packed, and the atmosphere was fun and energetic. The drinks were reasonably priced, but honestly, most of the ones I tried were pretty underwhelming. The green tea shots were definitely the highlight and probably the best thing I ordered. We were playing skee-ball around 2:05 AM and finishing up our last game when a bouncer came over and told us we needed to leave. Since they didn't close until 2:30 AM, that interaction felt a little rude and left a bad impression. Overall, it's a fun spot to visit with friends and worth checking out at least once. It's not somewhere I'd personally go every weekend, but it has a cool vibe and offers a good night out.

It is consistently…read moreshort staffed, and with the exception of Tasha, the management we've encountered has been rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. My son-in-law arrived before I did and wanted to order food. He witnessed a manager , who was apparently the ONLY employee in the building at the time--speaking rudely to an older woman and actually slamming the scanner down on the counter. He texted me that he was leaving because he was not staying somewhere where an older customer was treated that way. There are also some serious concerns with the women's restroom. The stall doors do not close completely, which is uncomfortable and unacceptable. And I'm honestly very thrown off by the lounge area that has now been set up OUTSIDE the bathrooms. It's not only an odd setup--it's a little (okay, a LOT)creepy. On top of that, because Bowlero is so quick to ban people, you don't really feel comfortable complaining. You never know when you might be banned without any recourse. Everything seems to be based on hearsay from management, and honestly, that's a joke. It's no surprise they have a class-action lawsuit against them. As a league bowler, I expect to feel welcomed and respected, not like an inconvenience. Management needs to take these concerns seriously and do better.

We eat first I got the FIRE SHRIMP RICE BOWL, comes with Sautéed Shrimp in Cajun Butter, served with Ginger Rice, Charred Corn Avocado Salsa, Micro Cilantro. It was very good and different didn't seem like anything special with the rice though no ginger flavor just plain rice. I would definitely get it again the flavor profile mix was great! Now the put-put golf was amazing! I loved how they had drink stand at every station so you could sit your drinks down while golfing. The bars inside the courses were closed so you had to get your drink from the main bar before starting. I love how you checked in at station one and it kept tally of points for you. So once you put in how many times it took you to the ball in the hole it records it and you log it at eat station. I love the decorations! Both courses laboratory and conservatory had a different theme and it was very dope. I like how all of this was put inside of the building, almost gave like a museum feel; very fun, welcoming, and entertaining. I also like the two interactive station which the courses first you got to take a picture and second you got to take a boomerang and you got to send it right to you phone for memories! I can't wait to go back here! Great for date nights, night out, or family days as well! 10/10 highly recommended!

Walking to play, the floors were sticky from drink spills. In theory, having bars on the courses is a great idea, but in practice it slows everything down. If the group ahead of you doesn't enter their score, the game stalls unless someone from the next group inputs it or a staff member comes over. We had to figure that out on our own. On my previous visits the staff explained how the scoring worked, but that didn't happen this time. Three groups ahead of mine didn't know how to enter their scores or forgot, so they just stopped playing. I also think the reservations could be spaced out better. Groups ended up stacked on top of each other waiting for the same hole. Thankfully, everyone was still pleasant about it. I'd definitely go back, but I hope they make a few operational improvements.

The prohibition and removal of piercings came off moralistic (as was the repetitive preaching against profanity) and less about safety and having a good time.
