Hence, "Simply Caribbean" is a Guyanese restaurant located in Queens, NYC. Must say their chicken fried rice paper-bag experience was such a vibe. Lots of food, the fried chicken was sautéed just right and served with cabbage, corn, cumbers, and with Guyanese hot sauce on the side. Highly recommend trying this. And of course, you must try their mauby - it's a popular Caribbean drink. The staff was so chilled and approachable.
