The staff do a beautiful job on our 2 standard size Goldendoodles Howie and Della! Howie is scared going into groomers or vets office, but has been comfortable without medication with Taylor and her staff! The groomers are very thorough with checking for mats and doing what is best for the client. After the last visit our vet was very pleased with how clean Howie's ears were! In the 3 yes we have had him they have been very dirty even with regular cleanings! Very impressive. Della is just a diva and loves the attention they give her. Taylor has worked with me on several occasions to help us out. One time she even brought Howie home because I ran late and missed her by 10 min. At the shop. They are quick and efficient with what they do! It get pretty pricey on a retiree's budget to have 2 large dogs and keep up with them. Taylor is so helpful and understanding when we have to shuffle appointments around. That is not to say that their pricing is high, in my experience the quality of care and grooming done at Bow Wow would cost much more! She has competitive pricing with top rate results! Thank you Taylor and staff! read more

Being new to the area, I was in need of an experienced groomer for my two Shih Tzu. Bow Wow Pet Styling was the perfect choice. Having reviewed all of the useful information on their website (pricing, pictures), I was prepared for what to expect before I arrived. Bonnie was informative, knowledgable, and friendly, and the salon was clean. You can see the groomers at work too, and the dogs are kept safe behind secure doors. My puppers were ready on time as promised, and they look fantastic; plus, the pricing was fair, and they even included a spa package at no cost because it was my first visit. I have been to many different groomers in 3 different states and I would not hesitate to recommend Bow Wow. With over 40 years of experience--why trust your beloved family members to anyone else? read more

We switched to Bow Wow before Christmas when our old groomer couldn't get our 2 toys poodles in for weeks. Bow Wow took them the same week and they looked and smelled amazing! There were no "knicks" or scrapes as we have often seen on our puppies! And they didn't say anything about our dogs being "anxious" as others have. Our babies were very happy and relaxed when we picked them up and knew they were beautiful! We have since called for quick appointments and they have taken them the same week! This is so good for us as we tend to hesitate when making appointments far in advance due to our schedules. One last note, our dogs seem to stay fluffy and pretty for a longer period of time. And the cost is the same if not a bit cheaper than other long time area groomers. read more

I have taken my toy poodle to Bow Wow for 4 years now and have never had an issue and I have found them to be cheaper than everyone else I originally called. As for the vaccination record in earlier comments, I do appreciate the fact that she would groom my dog. I had a document from the breeder that he had given my dog his first round of shots - most groomers would not accept that not being from a vet, but Bow Wow did. So that right there saved me about $125 and from having to put a puppy thru duplicate shots. I do miss being able to pay with a credit card but I understand their reasoning as a small business owner. I have tried two other groomers and was never as happy and paid slightly more each time. I am staying with Bow Wow. read more

*** NEW OWNER IS INCREDIBLE**** This will be the ONLY place I will bring my pup. I have a 15yrs old who completely deaf. He is very skittish and afraid at this age. Taylor was incredibly patient and kind with him. She put us both at ease right form the start. I was very hesitant to bring him here at first due some of the past reviews. When I found out the place had changed ownership I thought I would give it a try. EXTREMELY HAPPY I DID!!!!! I cannot stress enough the importance of having a groomer that i can trust to be compassionate with my pup at all times. After trying several different places I FINALLY found the right groomer and place for us. read more

DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE!! NOT HAPPY! if you love your pet, like we all do, you would NEVER take your pet here! RUDE! RUDE! RUDE! Forgot to cancel and was told " this is our 4th cancellation today, we're not gonna make it like this. next time you make an appointment you're gonna pay ahead of time before bringing your pet" Like, it's not my fault other people are cancelling. Never taking my pet here again. Besides, he didn't feel comfortable coming here, when he'd only been here TWICE! read more

My dog looks cute. Enough said. Nowhere on any web site is a $10.00 discount. It was a phone conversation and it was $5.00. If they would look, I bet the card (if there was one) is somewhere still in the car? All this for a client who loved the grooming 8 months ago. Apparently, last time the dog was groomed. There are always two sides to a story. Bow Wow has been in business for over 30 years. That does not happen by misleading clients! read more

I've been taking my Dog Babies (have 3 now) to Bonnie's shop for 15+ years and wouldn't dream of seeking care for them anywhere else. They come home looking/smelling great and they are very calm - not agitated at all. Bonnie always has thoughtful advice to offer and answers to any questions I may have. Thank you Bonnie and Bow Wow Pet Styling from this grateful Pet Parent. read more

Cheryl l I have worked for Bonnie for almost a half a year. I have NEVER seen her be rude or disrespectful to anyone especially customers. She has been in business for over 40 years. I don't think she could have done that being rude or disrespectful to anyone. On top of ever everything else we don't have you as a client so I don't know where this would be coming from. read more

We have been getting our dogs groomed at Bow Wow as long as we've been in Rogers (nearly 13 years) and we have never been unhappy with the service we receive there, the rates or how our pups have looked! We couldn't be happier with Bonnie and her staff. They even notify us of problems our girls may have before even we notice them! read more

Hey Guys, Just wanted to drop a line to thank you for the great job with both Jessica and Lola. I know they were both a challenge. We live in Bella Vista and they both love exploring the nearby woods and bring in all kinds of surprises. Thanks for being their groomers. Great Job! read more

Bow wow is a great place! I have a lab mix large dog. I know bigger dogs take longer therefore will cost more to bath and groom than a smaller dog so I know I am getting my money's worth. I've been taking my dog there for years and will continue to do so. read more

My dog is almost 16 years old so she has been to a lot of groomers over the years and BowWow is the best place we've ever gone! She is a Bichon so she requires a special cut and she always looks great, plus they understand the "needs" of a mature dog! read more
