He knows the wine region extremely well and always ready with great recommendations to eat / drink / stay if you still need it. I had the pleasure of having him as our driver twice now for our wine tasting adventures. The first time was 4 years ago, Alex took us around in a well appointed Ford Expedition (Luxury SUV). Our group of 4 fit comfortably as we explored multiple tasting rooms around Napa and Sonoma. We pre-booked everything but we had some extra time afterwards so Alex introduced us to great little winery called James Cole. We still enjoy JC today and refer a ton of friends. Fast forward to a recent weekend this summer, we just celebrated a friend's birthday with wine tasting in Napa. Alex was our driver again - this time in a brand new Lincoln Navigator (Luxury SUV). Our group of 5 enjoyed the ride and Alex's company. It was another great time. Alex is friendly, professional and a safe driver. He kept us on track with our reservation timelines and offered some great tips on new places we can consider exploring next time.

All the other chauffeur services pushed me to voicemail or could only communicate via a phone call, but given I was with my husband, I was unable to chat because I was trying to surprise him. Mauricio sent pictures and was super responsive and flexible. He helped facilitate our booking via text so that my husband wouldn't know I was surprising him with the arrangements, and we pulled off the surprise of a lifetime thanks to Mauricio's ability to run this business in a modern way!!! Thank you so much. Our drivers Tony and Danny were fabulous too. The drives were comfortable and relaxing. I will 100% be rebooking in the near future!!

He arrived early to our hotel which was great and was very attentive and engaging the entire trip. He is the type of guy that you would be friends with and hang out with. The limo was very well maintained and stocked with iced down water and champagne. On the way back he knew where to take us for an amazing view of the Golden Gate Bridge and the entire trip was like that, he knew all the little spots to go that aren't mainstream and over crowded. I would recommend this company and Ismail personally to any size group looking for that company that goes the extra mile to make sure you have a comfortable and luxurious trip to Napa, or anywhere in the area really.

We have used them in the past for business events with no troubles but they recommended a stretch limo for a very windy road. Turns out they also use independent contractors and the driver was unknown to them. The driver couldn't make the driveway and we had to walk down the hill. Further, for pick up, the driver was asleep and unreachable. After 30 minutes, we had to get ubers. This is all normal stuff and I was ready to take it but I found the response from the company to be appalling. They were not interested in working with us on a refund and, at one point, had the audacity to say I didn't look hard enough for the car (which I did - nowhere in site). Anyway, given management disinterest in our satisfaction (having booked them many times before), thinking there is a better customer-focused company out there. If something goes wrong, I always want a highly customer focused partner and these guys weren't it.
