very nice and clean place. i came here to get my acrylics. the guy who did the fly a lot of acrylic on my skin and under the nails. he ended up fixing underneath for the most part but there is still some under. while doing this he filed my skin twice when i said the first time "you're getting a little close to my skin and it hurts" but it's whatever, it happens. i asked for a design that wasn't to complex and they said they could do it. i than talked to two other customers who got complex designs. when time to paint they said they could not do my design. i asked for something similar to the one girl they said no. this has nothing to do with time either, it was around two ish. so i than just said let's to a solid matte color. the guy instead on doing some design. he said we can do ombré and i agreed. than other guy came over and said "we can't do that it won't blend right you should have asked before. we would have done powder. if we do ombré with gel it needs to have sparkles over it.". so basically they offered something and said it wouldn't be done right. i said no just basic color than. the guy finished my color and than said "i do design similar to her" (the girl who's nails asked about getting before). the design he did was nothing like hers. it is just different color lines and one hand has black lines and the other hand doesn't. kinda like the guy realized the black did not look good. overall, i won't be going back. read more

My daughter took me to Boutique Nails as a special treat several weeks ago. We asked to be seated together and they accommodated us. They did a nice job with the seaweed based nails. When we went to makes an appt. for the following two weeks, the owner told us it was too hard to seat us together as that upset the technicians. He said they didn't like anyone sitting at their stations. We should have left at that point, but didn't. The next visit didn't go badly. However yesterday I, my daughter and granddaughter went together. This time the owner said we were late (we weren't) so the ladies who previously did our nails were busy with other customers. My granddaughter was sent to a male technician. I could hear her asking for an example of the colors available. (They have fake nails on a length of plastic which are painted with all the various colors and finishes so the customers can choose) I could hear her ask him repeatedly for this gadget so she could choose a color. Not long after my granddaughter walked to the rear of the store where the sink is located. I couldn't believe her nails were done when mine were still in process and we had the same service. Soon after I joined her on the sofa and she related her experience with this person. He was rude in what he did say to her which was minimal as he spent an inordinate amount of time on the phone. Her nails did not look nice, he hadn't done anything to repair her cuticles. When the owner was approached he was offhand and not inclined to assist. He grudgingly gave my daughter a $10 gift certificate for his salon when he should have refunded the entire charge in cash. This is not a nice place to go if you wish to be treated kindly. After reading their online price list, it appears they have been overcharging us by $5 each time we've had our nails done. read more

I drove 40 minutes to go to this nail salon, and I was not disappointed. I get compliments on my nails everyday, and service was great. Although they should be open on Sundays with all the business they get. read more

I love it here!! I have tried every other nail place in Trinity and Alex is my favorite nail guy I have been too! If you are looking for a new place to try for fill ins try Alex at Boutique! Such a clean place and gives great pedicures too! read more

The place is beautiful and the nail designs are great. I was getting my nails done and the man doing mine got up, went to the back, and disappeared for a few minutes and when he came back, he smelt like smoke & not cigarette smoke either. My nails chipped on the first day and I am very disappointed because I called the next day and they said that I will have to pay for it to get it fixed even though I never bumped it . My regular acrylics last for 2 weeks without a scratch. The nails are bad quality and too thin. Save your time & money & find a different nail salon!!! read more

Been coming to this salon for a few years now and I'm fed up. I love my nail tech, Alex, he does a wonderful job. But they are terrible at scheduling. I'm walking out now because they took someone 10 minutes before my appointment. This has happened at least a dozen times. I make appointments for a reason. I would not recommend coming here at all. Time to find a new salon. read more

They have a lot of colors to work with, and are very reasonable. They have a lot of nail techs. Every time I go in I get great service

I had gone to Boutique Nails for over 2 years and had always gotten exceptional service from Bill. He always did my nails exactly how I wanted them, spent nearly an hour and a half to shape them to my specifications and always got tipped properly for that. The man never complained ever and always was satisfied that I was happy. I stopped going there 8 months ago when Bill was on vacation. I needed my nails filled and painted before I went out of town and Vien wasnt there either but the other woman that works the counter was. I had gotten attitude from her first, but I brushed it off because she seems to always come off that way to me. It wasnt until I got to the nail technician that I had gotten a round of "No's". I first showed her how I liked my nails shaped and she immediately said "No, I cannot do that, it would take too much time" and I simply told her Bill always does them, and then asked when he would return, to where she said a month so I just sucked it up and figured I would shape them with my Dremel tool at home. I then asked her for a color I had gotten two weeks before that was a fresh pot because Bill said no one ever got the color besides me, to which she responded they dont have the color and they never have. I told her she was a liar because Bill just used it on my nails 2 weeks prior, and got up and left. I would also like to point out, in the cabinet where they kept the gel polishes, I saw my color number, and couldnt believe she had the guts to lie to a customer that always pays well over $50 each visit. The majority of women there do not care about your business, they just care about leaving early or their tips and its sad, because we are their pay. I figured I needed to post this because people should be aware of how much they lack good customer service, even if you are a regular. There are plenty other salons that have gel nail polish, and youll find your nail home again. They are no longer a 5-star location, so dont feel obligated to get your nails done here just because theyve had gel the longest. read more

First visit was good. The place is very clean and well organized. Would definitely recommend. One of the best nail place in the area.

Owner is horrible -- very rude and abrupt. I have been following my nail tech around when she moves places and she is wonderful; however I refuse to give another dollar to this establishment. Save your money and go elsewhere.! read more

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! I WAS TOLD I WAS A WASTE OF THEIR TIME .....I went in to get a fill and design, I knew the design was difficult but was told "no problem". Not even half way done I knew I was not going to like the design cause it look like a child's painting so I asked her to stop and just paint them plain. She knew it looked bad and everyone else did too cause they were laughing at it. She said "I tried ". She asked me to come back the next day because It was almost closing time for someone else to do the design. I went back the next day the guy looked at the design and said "oh that's easy". Well his was just as bad as the first lady's so I said can you just stop paint them plain cause I'm not happy with the way the design is looking. He got up left then the manager/owner came over and said you don't like the design I said No I don't. I was then told they would take it off and paint my nails but I am NEVER to come back because I am a waste of their time and I am to difficult to please. The place was busy so I was totally embarrassed. I said to him "if you couldn't do the design then I should have been told that so as far as I'm concerned you wasted my time" I never said I wouldn't pay for the design. I had all intention on paying for it, I had been going to them for almost a year and yet they still treated me like that. They could care less about customer service all they care about is the money, read more

Horrible Customer Service. I called to make appt for my daughter to get the shellac taken off her finger nails. Refused to let me make appt, even though I said I would be in a hurry. Said it was too small of a service. So I took my daughter, she had to wait about 15 minutes. While she was having her service, I went to pay. He said $5. I gave him my debit card so I could leave tip. He refused my debit card. Said he won't take it for a small service. So I gave him cash, which I really didn't want to spend. I asked him what if I didn't have cash? He said he would charge me double then. When I asked him to repeat what he just said, he went back to how he gets charged per swipe. I asked him to answer the question, what if I didn't have cash? He refused to answer me. This is after the girl who did my daughter's nails in the first place cut her pretty bad and made her bleed. This is about the 5th time I've had a bad experience there. NEVER again. Live and learn. read more

i used to come here a lot, but over the years the salon has gotten dirtier with the seats ripping and i once saw a roach crawling on a seat, cases of water and other things laying around, and nail polish all over the walls by the polish rack, everything very dusty, paper peeling, sorry but if you want people to come back, they would like to feel like they are at a clean, posh salon, not like you need a shower after, after a good scrubbing i think it would help read more

A friend of mine made an appointment at 11 for the 3 of us. We all got pedicures, I got a regular French manicure and the other two girls wanted the seaweed gel nails. We waited an hour and a half for our pedicures, which were good. We waited another hour and a half and the girls never got their nails done. I got my French manicure, which promptly peeled off the next day. I will never go back. It's poorly managed. I watched several women leave before we did, because they were told it would be 30 minutes. They left an hour after getting there having nothing done. They were taking walk ins to get nails done, while we had an appointment and waited hours. The man scheduling had no idea what he was doing, lying to people on times just to get them to stay. There are much better nail salons around! Don't waste your time! I've also heard they don't really do the seaweed gel, they call it that, but they just use acrylic. Also, their nail design selection is poor. read more

This is the worst place I've ever been to get my nails done . I went to get a fill. The girl was so mad I just wanted polish . She wanted to do bio seaweed. She was so rude. She asked me almost 10 times. I wanted to just walk out. She kept trying to nickel and dime me about how much it was going to cost because I had gel before . She tried to charge me $35 for a fill. There was a point she tried to do a poor job on my nails because she didn't think she'd make money. You could see my nail lifted and she didn't file it down. I made her go back and file two more times and she didn't get it all. She did a good job on the color, but I didn't get the shape or length changed because I didn't want to argue with her anymore. She also cut my cuticle. When you pay... You also have to tell the guy up front how much you want to tip rather than write it in. The whole experience was awful. I went with a friend and they sat us on complete opposite sides of the salon. I'll never go back. read more
