I entered yo explain we have medical conditions with letters even from our doctors. When she looked at me and said, "You all (referencing my 3 children) have health concerns?". The prices are quite affordable and the selection for clothing is pretty good. In other areas, especially electronics, there is less choice--I have yet to find anything good in the book or household sections, and I can't imagine anyone ever finding something useful in the electronic section, as most of the equipment is older than I am. This shop is much larger and cleaner than the town's other thrift shop, and much more likely to have useful items.

We taught them at an early age that instead of buying one trendy outfit in the mall, five outfits could be had in the thrift stores. And when they're done with them, the outfits get re-donated. My friend and I were unable to find things in our size all they seemed to have was XS-MED we asked if they had plans of getting in other sizes and the lady rudely responded "we just opened you need to be patient" We were only asking a question.... Haven't been back since. I am considering giving them another chance in the future. They have since moved locations and that brings me to my next two concerns that they leave the door open all day and put some clothes outside. This leading me to the idea the clothes would be getting dirty and dusty?! Also, every time I drive by the workers are sitting outside the front of the store smoking.
