I elected to use Ted's services as I was aware he had expanded from selling mattresses to cabinets, counter tops, sink, appliances, etc. In lieu of giving money to the box stores, I figured I would utilize the local guy. I purchased all the kitchen cabinets and concrete counter top for my new house in which Ted was going to have them installed. It was a nightmare from the beginning! Some of the cabinets were measured and ordered incorrectly so they didn't fit. I had to use my trim carpenter to modify them in order to get them to fit. The concrete counter top cracked in four locations upon installation. Ted assured me he could 'patch' the cracks and the counter top would look good as new. He came out to the house a couple of times to fix the counter but he made it worse with the incomplete patch jobs. I made repeated calls to Ted inquiring when he would fix the counter top correctly. Those calls were ignored. Additionally, he never produced the appliance garage that I was suppose to have installed with the rest of the kitchen cabinets. I informed Ted I would take him to civil court if he did not FIX and produce what I paid him for. It never happened! I won a judgment against Ted Willich/Ted's Bed for the above mentioned. He is yet to pay a penny towards that judgment! That is NOT how a reputable business man should operate. I would highly suggest NOT to use Ted's Bed or Ted Willich's services as he is very capable of doing a shoddy job in addition to NOT being a man of his word.
