Poor customer service. No communication. Typical Libby run business....they take their merry sweet time and always have an excuse for why things are slow. The owner would be wise to hire new staff. I would not recommend. read more

I've bought several large appliances over the years from Ron's, and I've had a great experience each time. They have a good selection of products, and awesome delivery service, and fair prices. Our fridge went out last night, and when I talked to Ron today about delivering a new one, he said he would stay late to make sure we got it today. And he did! Excellent customer service! read more

They came out to my house three times to fix a dryer that was still under warranty, it was almost brand new, These guys couldn't fix a toaster. The only reason i used them was because they where on the list of approved appliance repair man in my area. Every time they came back to fix the dryer they told me it was something else. I would have been better served to have my car mechanic fix it. USE SOMEBODY ELSE. read more

Ron's has supplied, and when necessary, serviced my dad's appliances since I can remember. As one reviewer said, it is a small town, and reputation matters. In my opinion his reputation is why he is still in business. I don't know anyone who has had a bad experience there. My wife and I just bought our first house so we went to Ron's and were given excellent service. They have my loyalty for sure. read more

Ron's is one of the FEW business's in Libby and NW MT that actually understand and practice the meaning of CUSTOMER SERVICE; a RARE quality in businesses nowadays. The entire staff are helpful, wonderful to interact with and are knowledgeable about appliances. They are ALWAYS willing to go the extra mile whether that be negotiating prices, fixing an older appliance, or even letting the customer borrow a dolly to move their appliance. I have done business with Ron for 20 years and he has never once let me down. And I am a VERY picky and detail oriented consumer with HIGH standards on product and service quality. I suggest folks ignore the 1-star review from 2013 given that person did not give even a hint of details on why they thought Ron's was not "professional". read more

Our refrigerator ceased functioning during the warmest week of the year. When we called Ron's they politely explained they were booked for a week ahead. We made the service appointment. A few hours later a technician called, saying he was in area and could stop by. He said he would need to order parts. The next day Ron left a voicemail message explaining what he would like to try first. We followed his directions with good result! Not only is this merchant prompt in providing service, but he went out of his way to try a reset that saved us an enormous amount of money. We shall always call Ron for any future appliances or service. read more

I had a ISSUE with a whirlpool front load in fact that machine had more than one service call covered by warranty. Ron showed up on time with needed parts in hand as he had called me to ask questions on what the error code was saying. There was ONE time that nothing was working as it should and that ended up with him finding a broken wire. NOW today with my NEW front load I feared it was in need of repair or so I thought and the Whirlpool people told me he was coming, but after working with a On-line error code it worked out that I did not need to keep the appointment. His office was very kind for me to call and cancel. read more

We needed a large capacity top load washer, got a great price and picked it up the next day.

If he were not the only service person available in the area for my brand of appliance, there would be no way I would hire him. I found his lack of professionalism troubling indeed. Sorry I can't say more, but this is a very small town. read more
