After the young delivery men called there boss and asked a few questions on how to handle it, I came up with a plan. I asked if they could wrap it up return it to Gills and store if for a few weeks until I had time to deal with it, I'm self employed and extremely busy. Well I got a window ready to remove from my home and had Gills lined up to deliver it the next day. They showed up we put it thru the window in less than 10 minutes flat. They were more than gracious to help and did not charge an extra delivery fee and we live in Bigfork. Both times the delivery boys were polite, nice, professional and very accommodating. I believe the salesmen's name was Cayden who was very helpful throughout the selection, ordering and delivery process. I would highly recommend Gills Furniture.

Daniel starts running numbers and I have to ask him to do it again because it doesn't make sense, obviously his way of confusing the buyer into a deal. Both pieces are about $9k without their deal of 30% off. If we finance over 60 months, it's $6700, or 12 months same as cash $4800 with the warranty. So obviously the 12 months is the better deal right? I go to apply for the credit when my husband calls from the car with my daughter and says "I need you to come here." So I head out thinking there's a problem with her, as she was fussy in the store. I get to the car and he shows me the same sectional on deal at another store for $3600. Ugh. We drove away. I loathe shopping for furniture at these places and this is why. They make you believe that you're getting this great deal when in reality, they're all hustlers with huge markups. Conlins, Bitneys, all have the same practices. Mark up prices astronomically only to make it seem like you're getting a deal when they mark down the price through liquidation deals and holidays. I don't like being taken for a ride, and it's unfortunate because we were ready to buy!

I contacted Ted Willich, owner of Ted's Bed, in 2017 as my husband and I began building our dream…read morehome. I elected to use Ted's services as I was aware he had expanded from selling mattresses to cabinets, counter tops, sink, appliances, etc. In lieu of giving money to the box stores, I figured I would utilize the local guy. I purchased all the kitchen cabinets and concrete counter top for my new house in which Ted was going to have them installed. It was a nightmare from the beginning! Some of the cabinets were measured and ordered incorrectly so they didn't fit. I had to use my trim carpenter to modify them in order to get them to fit. The concrete counter top cracked in four locations upon installation. Ted assured me he could 'patch' the cracks and the counter top would look good as new. He came out to the house a couple of times to fix the counter but he made it worse with the incomplete patch jobs. I made repeated calls to Ted inquiring when he would fix the counter top correctly. Those calls were ignored. Additionally, he never produced the appliance garage that I was suppose to have installed with the rest of the kitchen cabinets. I informed Ted I would take him to civil court if he did not FIX and produce what I paid him for. It never happened! I won a judgment against Ted Willich/Ted's Bed for the above mentioned. He is yet to pay a penny towards that judgment! That is NOT how a reputable business man should operate. I would highly suggest NOT to use Ted's Bed or Ted Willich's services as he is very capable of doing a shoddy job in addition to NOT being a man of his word.
