Came in with the intent to purchase two dressers. Instead, we found a huge Stanton sectional and ottoman that we fell in love with. Daniel starts running numbers and I have to ask him to do it again because it doesn't make sense, obviously his way of confusing the buyer into a deal. Both pieces are about $9k without their deal of 30% off. If we finance over 60 months, it's $6700, or 12 months same as cash $4800 with the warranty. So obviously the 12 months is the better deal right? I go to apply for the credit when my husband calls from the car with my daughter and says "I need you to come here." So I head out thinking there's a problem with her, as she was fussy in the store. I get to the car and he shows me the same sectional on deal at another store for $3600. Ugh. We drove away. I loathe shopping for furniture at these places and this is why. They make you believe that you're getting this great deal when in reality, they're all hustlers with huge markups. Conlins, Bitneys, all have the same practices. Mark up prices astronomically only to make it seem like you're getting a deal when they mark down the price through liquidation deals and holidays. I don't like being taken for a ride, and it's unfortunate because we were ready to buy! read more

I have purchased several pieces of furniture here. Although they are commission based they are not pushy. I have had delivery and just picked up the item there...both ways have been great. Today Tony picked up my recliner and put it in my truck with ease. They have decent sales too. Much better quality than expected but not the Whitefish prices. read more

Like most reviews for this business, the wait time for furniture delivery is a major problem. We waited over a month to take delivery. The positive is the pricing. Their prices are extremely reasonable. The employees are very friendly and easy to deal with. Andrew and Bret worked their backsides off getting our furniture into the house. We bought a dining room table set that comes with a cushioned bench and it is the best part of the set!! Awhile later the stitching on the bench started to pull away at the seam. We called to let them know so they could come take a look and that took a while to set up for schedules to mesh but then they were able to see it was faulty. They checked into fixing or ordering a new one and since the stitching had pulled away they just ordered a new top for the bench! Had to wait way longer than I wanted to but with how difficult it is to order anything right now is a pain. Once it came in they scheduled a time that week and Gary and Andrew grabbed the bench and took it to the truck and replaced it in about 10 minutes. They were so nice and prompt and I was tickled pink to basically have a new bench!! read more

Ordered furniture, Sofa, Love Seat, End table and TV console on May 24th. Just received the sofa today but still no console. It will take 3 deliveries to receive our complete order and a very long wait. Seth and Pete delivered sofa and did a excellent job very polite and efficient. However the store service leaves something to be desired if you are in need of furniture. Linda was our sales person and says she can't do anything. No offer of a lower price or different console. They had one on the floor when we picked it out?? What happened to that one? Guess you might say after spending over $4,000. and our son spending over $3000. on the same day we are not very happy customers.... read more

Liquidation... mega sales... waited 2 hours for a bed they could not find and I already ordered a week ago...one person said they got it mistaken for a queen then the full size bed was broken and asked me to take it for the same price. Nope! Went inside the store to trade for another and they did not even know what they had left. Another hour later I left with just the full size mattresses for the frustration. After scouring the entire Flathead valley furniture stores, we ended up buying our loveseat and couch from them, including a rug and lamp. The best quality for our budget hands down. Our immediate family even bought their living room furniture from them, including two end tables and a footrest. Zero pressure looking around, we had our stuff picked out and in our home within a couple hours, including them adding the protective chemical, Scotchguard I'm guessing. A 5 year warranty to boot. We'll be going back for a dresser set that caught our eye before too long. Great to see quality affordable furniture in the area. read more

Bought a dining set from them for a thousand dollars; Patricia, the sales rep, lied to us and said it was real wood, but it is veneer over cardboard! She was also supposed to give us a set of dishes as per their current promotion, but said the next day that it was not included on clearance since we bought the floor model. They made us load and deliver our own furniture, and it was damaged in the back when we picked it up. Scratched to heck. At the last minute she said there were no leaves in the model we bought. She was upset that we planned to buy 10 K worth of furniture and ended up just doing this one in time for a party. She would not sell us a bench to go with it that was individually priced, saying it was "part of that set." Patricia also told us to go elsewhere for "cuter" separates. If I were her manager, she would be out of a job just for that! We were called "kids" by her the next day when we did not buy all the rest of the furniture, but I am SO GLAD WE DID NOT! Then we would be paying down ten times as much CRAPPY FURNITURE. Don't go here; go somewhere "cuter," like COSTCO. I can't say a single good thing about Patricia or Conlin's. I am only happy I now know never to return their to furnish the rest of our new ranch. read more

I purchase adjustable beds and mattresses spending thousands. They delivered the beds and didn't even know how to set them up or program the controls. One bed had a motor go out and they sent out someone that did nothing since he's the one that couldn't even program the bed. I call and they sent out a tech who took pictures and said he'd call within a couple days. No call so when he came out after I called weeks later they show with the wrong part, and a sad story. These people just make the sale and your on your own. It's a small valley and word travels. I wouldn't buy a pillow from theses people after the bad service I've received. read more

So incredibly disappointed with this store bought a very expensive Simmons beauty rest mattress from there a few months ago and they assured me that I would be able to exchange for a different one if it was not comfortable. We are located in California and I ask about 5 times if they were sure we could exchange it for a different mattress if it was not comfortable. They told me yes you can and to just call Simmons them selves and they could handle it. After asking multiple times and making clear what our needs were I felt reassured that they would be able to do that. Having been stuck with a mattress for 7 years prior that was not comfortable this was my main requirement for a new one. So we bought it and here we are getting the run around from the store and they say hat we now have to return it back to Montana they won't pay to have it shipped back won't give me a refund and say there is nothing that they can do. So disappointed I expected them to stand by their word and be honest and that is not what happened o feel like we were taken advantage of and we are now stuck with a $3,000 mattress that is so uncomfortable and my husband who is a fireman can even sleep on it he's now on the other room. He and i are both having back problems and Conlins in kalispell nor Simmons beauty rest will not do anything to make this right. Horrible customer service and not a very honest company. I highly recommend not purchasing from this store!!! read more
