But Rhonda, the manager, has decided that children running through the store flailing cat toys is Acceptable behavior and that a well controlled, obedient dog who barks at such visual stimulation is not welcome in such a farm store. Prioritizing unruly children while asking a dog barking and wagging his tail was enough but for Rhonda to continue to label my long time customer pup as aggressive to the shock of her staff was enough to lose me as a customer forever. If they wants kids to scream and dogs to be silent, maybe don't allow pets in the store. Rhonda is a dark spot on this business and will surely cause other customers to see what homesteaders truly stands for. I have supported them through the pandemic and supply shortages and huge price inflation to support local. But no more. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere where they care about you, your farm, your dollar, and most of all, your loyalty.

Absolutely ridiculous return conditions, I didn't know a piece of paper would cost me $14.99. Guess that just goes to show that their doorknobs are worthless. They have a plan to help people without insurance and it really cuts the price of the medicine if you are paying for your prescriptions out of pocket. They are very helpful if you have any questions about medicines, ingredients, interactions, and stuff like that. The refill process is easy also. They don't lose my prescriptions like some of the other pharmacies I have gone to which is very nice for my anxiety level. If you need help finding something in the store (about 4 aisles of pharmacy type items) they will gladly come out and help you find it. Can't find it? They will order it for you. Their prices are pretty decent for Libby also. I really like that I can get all my medical items for my first aid kit (and then some) in one place. They also have a drive through. I like having that when I hurt too bad to walk in. Overall, great place! I wouldn't choose another pharmacy in town.
