They currently serve Pepsi products and the service is great as the servers all know me as the nacho girl who never drinks haha! I go here anywhere from 2 to 4 times a week. We waited 1 hour and 50 minutes to receive our food. We were one of the first tables seated in the restaurant and placed our order before most other tables did. Despite this, we watched multiple tables that arrived and ordered after us get served their food while we continued to wait. No staff member offered an explanation for the delay. This kind of service is unacceptable. I would not recommend this restaurant. Go literally anywhere else. read more

Showed up at 11pm, they show they're open til 1am, website or the Apple Maps says they are open till 1am, bartender said they just choose when to close the kitchen. I came here for food. And they chose to shut down 2 hours early. Not sure why. read more

Not sure why others said the staff was rude. Went to this location last night and the staff was excellent. They made sure to stop by every 5 minutes to see how we were doing and if we needed anything else. Wow. Literally thought it was a practical joke when I opened the box. We ordered takeout and I got the Chubby. It was four pieces of uncooked white bread with a partially cooked patty and all soggy in thousand island. They didn't even warm the bread.I've never left a Google review before, but a restaurant should not be able to serve something like this. Look at the photos. Absolutely disgusting. So, I don't really like giving bad reviews. But this place was a mess... the floors were so sticky that my shoes got stuck, this was insane. My friend was wearing slippers and every time she walked her slipper came off. It looks like this place hasn't been cleaned since the dawn of time, and that's saying something. To be honest the only thing that was nice about this place, was our server, she was very friendly and amazing, we told her about the floor and how dirty it was and even she said it was ridiculous how they don't clean. The food was a joke and I'm shocked that they charge so much for that food. All 4 of us said the same thing we are very disappointed, will definitely never return. This is a beautiful location and brand spanking new! I really have come to count on Bout Time to be a chain that isn't horrible and is almost guaranteed by a good time. That may be changing. Let's start with the Italian salad. Usually I'm not such a bitch, but get this off your menu. Everyone expects a bar salad to be basic, but this fell short of even my lowest expectations. It was drenched in dressing and felt like a slopped together side dish of leftover cheese and deli meat. I honestly feel robbed of my money and low-key sad they are serving that to their hard-working customers. The BBQ pizza was pleasantly yummy and was gladly welcomed after that disgusting salad I mentioned. I'd highly recommend it and would definitely get it again. I've never had a pizza here and am glad I finally took the gamble. The staff were nice, until they weren't. Extremely strange experience with our server. Whom was very sassy after I asked a very easy to answer, general question. Although I still gave 20% to ensure proper karma I rather regret it. They had 3 people working and no one to take id at the door. Got yelled at for going upstairs w out having id scanned. Finally make it upstairs where the super weird male bartender is pretending to be busy and doesn't acknowledge my existence. I walk up to the bar and he refuses to make eye contact. Same two football games are on all 25 or so TVs finally order my beer and after 10 minutes, he says that he still needs to go downstairs and get it, eventually waddles down, leaving the bar completely unattended and brings me back a beer and slams it down on the table spilling some and not cleaning it up. Finally, another server comes over to put the football game on that. I want and struggles for five minutes to find the game. Super weird staff who knows nothing of football or customer service creates bad energy. Won't be back read more

We've had excellent prompt & friendly servers at this Bluffdale location but at least 3 times in the last 2 months they've been out of Pino Grigio. This doesn't offer many white wine choices when the only others are Chardonnay or a tiny pour of Prosecco. read more

I used to go to the Bout Time in Lehi. I'll definitely be going to the Bluffdale location in the future. The reason is the service. Nate, Gabe and Garrett are excellent.
