From my arrival to my departure, the employees seemed to be truly happy to serve me and my party. Moreover, my server was punctual in both taking my drink order and in keeping it topped off. Though I find most servers/workers of Asian restaurants to be friendlier than at other American restaurants, the attitude of the staff at Foo Chow seems to be a cut above the norm. Finally, though this restaurant was packed during both my visits, amazingly, the noise is not oppressively loud. Woohoo! Though the restaurant sits a few miles outside the main BR area, its wide selection of grub, tasty dishes, affordable cost, and happy ambiance makes Foo Chow a great first try for American Chinese food lovers.
