I saw him the next morning, when he checked my eye thoroughly, and again today (five days after surgery) to check on the healing process, which is going well. Just two days before the surgery, I had a question about a medication that I take before most surgical procedures; I had forgotten to ask the doctor earlier, so I called his office. He wasn't at the Chicago office that day, but in Glenview. His Chicago staff contacted him, though, relayed my question, and I had an answer from Glenview within an hour.
