If 0 stars was an option, I'd have left that. Contacted Bourbon St Wraps to have my interior wood trim, as well as exterior chrome pieces, wrapped on my new-to-me Mercedes ML63 AMG. I supplied the material for the interior (Vvivid Vinyl Brushed Aluminum) and they used their own materials (3M satin black) for the exterior. Greg quoted me $600 for everything, and I told him to move forward. I explained to Greg before starting that the interior door panels had to be removed to access the trim pieces, but he thought his guys can do it without disassembling anything. The pictures speak for themselves!!! Exterior was just as bad! EVERY SINGLE PIECE they touched had wrinkles/bad cuts/bubbles of some sort. The work looks like it was done by a child!! I'd be absolutely embarrassed as a shop owner to present a customer with this kind of job. When I told Greg that I wasn't happy with the work, he had it all peeled off on the spot in the parking lot. The factory wood trim now has scratches all over from them trying to hand-carve around all the buttons; however, since I'll be having it rewrapped elsewhere the CORRECT way, I will let it slide and not pursue Greg and Bourbon St to pay for the damaged factory wood trim (which is very expensive!!) Overall, I HIGHLY encourage everybody to shop elsewhere for your wrapping needs. This company is an absolute joke when it comes to wrapping, and their work is atrocious. read more

They were up front about what each item cost for material and labor. Workmanship quality is much better than some other shops work I have seen around town. read more

DO NOT GO HERE. Went in for the $1299 full wrap special. Put $700 cash down and was told my car would be in the shop and getting wrapped in 3-4 weeks. Time went by and I did not receive a call from them. I called them to see what was going on and Greg told me to wait another 2 weeks and my car would be in. After the 2 weeks was up and no attempt to contact me I called again. Greg's phone etiquette with customers is absolute garbage. He accused me of "micromanaging" his schedule and was very short with his answers. He basically kept trying to tell me that my evo 8 was a "specialty" car and he was waiting for the right installer to be available, which I don't believe one bit because the only thing special about my car is the spoiler. A newer honda civic would be harder to wrap than my car. He was trying to buy time. Eventually 8 weeks went by and still no spot opened for me. I understand that things come up and schedule changes happen, but there's no excuse for leaving your customer in the dark with no idea what is going on. So I got tired of playing games and demanded my money back. The first thing he told me was that down payments were non refundable. I then went on to explain that this was never stated when I put the money down, I never signed anything and it was not on the invoice that I received. He HUNG UP the phone on me. I tried calling back and no one answered. This really pissed me off. About an hour later his employee Jordan called me back and basically said Greg has anger issues and didn't want to blow up on me on the phone. He then said that my car was magically next on the list and I could bring it in Monday. So it took threatening to take my money back for them to get my car in the shop. I declined and said I just wanted my money. Even had to go as far as threatening to sue them for any resolution to happen. So I had to wait 3-5 business days and went into the shop to get the check. Finally had my money back. Greg was no where to be found of course. Customer service is obviously not their top priority. After seeing how they treated me I would not recommend this place to anyone. Who knows what would of happened if the wrap came out like shit or if they broke something while taking apart the car... they would not have fixed it I can guarantee that. read more
