I'be been here a few times now, always amazing. Great food! Awesome service!…read more Birra tacos are my favorite. Their street tacos are so damn good to!

I just visited this place in the afternoon, eager for some good ol fashioned tacos--whether street…read moreor quesobirria. Their menu had many options, from Tortas, to burritos and the two things I came for. Well three. If you like sweet drinks, I suggest the Horchata. It's what I always go for in every Mexican place I have gone. And I've gone to many. In this place it's under the Agua Frescas option, but just ask the owners for the Horchata. They'll know what you want, especially if you like cinnamon and a creamy drink in these hot days. Now for what I got, I went for the Steak Street Tacos and the Quesobirria tacos. I'm very picky and strict when it comes to Birria tacos, especially since I make my own and I have yet to find a worthy rival when it comes to flavor of my homemade Birria tacos in Panama City(Although the Mexican restaurant in Pier Park San Marcos might be a little better than mine ). While I was waiting for my food to get ready though, the owner and me got to talking about his food truck journey. Very personable and very friendly. Offering me samples of other meats that he has. And letting me give my honest opinion which I will include here in the review. The Barbacoa he let me try first. Now I've never been a fan of barbacoa. More the flavor than my mind knowing what it is. But for those who like it, would definitely enjoy his. It was very tender, melting in your mouth and he let most of the flavor go to the barbacoa itself instead of overlaying it with too much unnecessary spices. The Carnitas was something I'm familiar with since I'm a lover of pork and those who are as well will like it in their tacos. The Steak from the Steak Ranchero had some flavor, had good texture where it wasn't too well done. And not that spicy at all unless the only condiments you use normally is mayo and salt. Although truthfully, I wish it did have a little more kick. The Chicken was the BEST one. Out of all the meats he had me try, that had the most flavor and was the juiciest out of all of them. Which I told him bluntly. Even the Birria meat he gave me as a sample paled in comparison to that chicken which is shocking but also very IMPRESSIVE. For the steak street tacos, they're great. I added the red sauce and green sauce with some lime cause you can't eat authentic Mexican tacos without lime(if you do, you're a criminal). Classic, simplistic, flavorful with the onions and cilantro and just steak mixed with all that was very satisfying. As for the Quesobirria tacos, they went heavy with the queso. Gave a lot of love to the queso but not enough to the meat and the broth of the Birria that comes with the quesobirria tacos. As I've already said, the chicken alone had better flavor compared to the Birria meat he had me try. Even with the Birria meat mixed with the lime I put, the Birria broth, the onion and cilantro, it was clear the queso was carrying the taco. Which is disappointing. It wasn't nasty or bad. It's just the lack of flavor left much to be desired. Perhaps leaving the ancho peppers or guajillo peppers or whatever other Mexican dried peppers this particular truck uses to simmer in water more? And make sure the salt and pepper and spices like cumin and allspice in the broth. Also go hard in the garlic. The Quesobirria should have more flavor than simple street tacos. It might've been just a bad day for the quesobirria tacos however. My cousin got the Chicken in Salsa, which is no surprise, GREAT. Nothing like a big ol fat burrito with some very flavorful chicken for dinner. I bought it for takeout but there is seating under a tent in front of the food truck if you wish to eat there. The way it looks at night from other reviews I've seen, I would've sat with my family or friends. All in all, from this whole experience from the owners kindness and the food in general, I give it a 5/5. I hope this helps!

Very yummy and refreshing. Food: Steak Tacos, Carnitas Nachos and El Pollo Tacos, Queso and Chips Steak taco was a little bit chewy but the flavor was very good. The El Pollo Taco had great flavor and our friend who was eating this taco loves hot stuff so the owner brought over some hot sauce that they make in house and said friend said it was wonderful....I tried just an itty bitty taste and my mouth was burning...eeeeek!! My favorite was the carnitas nachos....so flavorful and I loved the pickled onions and black beans on the nachos. Queso was nice and thick and had a little kick to it. Chips came out warm and plenty in the basket for sharing. We ordered their Street Corn and Chips and ate that when we got back home and it was my all time favorite. Perfection!! I would drive over to their restaurant just to order the Street Corn and Chips to go. We will be back and we recommend 100PC!!

I had better customer service at fast food today, than this place that charges $7 for a taco!
