Now, the only reason I did not give 4 stars was the side dishes - I had three: BBQ beans - these were really good and would have brought my review to 4 stars easily. Also I had the potato salad - now, unfortunately, I'm a potato salad snob - I like deli style potato salad. This potato salad was better than most I've had in PC, but just not quite there - 3.5 stars The last side was cole slaw and this is where they lost that last half point - the slaw wasn't bad, again better than most since most is store bought, it just had a bit too much mayo for my taste. Now, I'm going to go back and try them again since today was only their 2nd day at the location which was on the corner of 231 & Harrison ave in the transmission repair parking lot If you like BBQ, give them a try

She was really fast at making my food. I love every bite of my plate. I had ordered the bbq beef which comes with rice, glass noodles, and their macaroni.
