Hands Down the Greatest Dealer and Service Center EVER! I have been doing business with Bountiful and Orem Mazda for close to five years and every visit is better than the last. The sales team truly embodies the no BS approach by working with each customer to meet their needs. Our first car from B-Mazda is a 2010 Speed3 (still have and love it) which we spent three days deciding on, but not once were we hassled or pressured to buy. Our second car is a 2009 RX-8, which I also love and drive daily. Here is where B-Mazda gets even better. Our Speed3 has been flawless, but the RX-8 not so much. When I bought the RX-8 I knew full-well that it may need a new motor at some point. As I write this B-Mazda is installing the third motor (original +2) in less than three years. You may be thinking that this is a reason not to buy from B-Mazda but you would be very wrong. The RX-8 is covered by a 100,000 mile warranty and cost me nothing. What makes the inconvenience worth it is the amazing service team at B-Mazda. While they make the repair I have been given a 2014 Mazda 6 that is completely loaded with 200 miles on it. The service team also calls regularly to inform me of the status of the repair and to ask if there is anything else they can do. When you buy your next car from B-Mazda make sure you do as I have done and return to them for all of your service. Best service center in the state! When I was in the market to buy a new vehicle, I test drove a handful of Mazda CX-9s at Bountiful Mazda. I was very impressed with their level of professionalism and respect; however, I ended up buying a smoking deal from a private owner. For a while, I took my CX-9 to a different Mazda dealership closer to my house for routine maintenance. But I now take it to Bountiful Mazda for all of my service needs. The difference is night and day; the quality of service at Bountiful Mazda is unparalleled. Chris Sylvester in the service depart at Bountiful Mazda has been wonderful to work with. As far as I'm concerned, Chris wrote the book on customer service in the auto industry. I feel as though he treats me like family. I thought I needed new tires with the approaching winter weather, but he assured me that my existing set of tires had at least one season of life left in them. Talk about honesty! He could have easily sold me a set of 4 new tires. This type of respect is what makes me a faithful customer to Bountiful Mazda. Not to mention, the loaner vehicle they lend to me while I await service on my vehicle. I can run my weekend errands with the piece of mind of knowing my car is in good hands. Either completely uneducated sales team, repair team, and management or they are all dishonest. (You can arrive at your own verdict but I now have mine). Purchased a 2016 Mazda CX-5 from B.M., have had it serviced by them every 3500 miles with the "premium oil" and was told by multiple individuals there during a recent scheduled service that the motor was shot and that I need a new car, (the car has under 100K miles). Without spelling out all of the details I then took my car to a reputable mechanic, he put $1000 dollars parts and labor into the motor fixing and servicing every needed component, then re-tested it and all indicators pointed to a perfectly functioning motor. I have now been driving it for some time and all is back to normal. I have my conclusion and opinion from either the blatant stupidity and lack of knowledge of most of the workforce at Bountiful Mazda, or is the real vein that runs this place fueled be ease and complete dishonesty? I am seeing that Bountiful Mazda checks off all of these ill character traits! Caveat Emptor - do not trust this dealer, ever! Overtly incompetent dealership and staff. read more

We've never bought a car from this dealership so I can't comment on the sales department, but their service and parts departments are THE best in the business. We use Bountiful Mazda for the few things we don't do ourselves (AC service, alignments, etc). We have 3 Miatas, each with different custom suspension setups. We take each of them to BMazda for alignments a few times a year. Their alignment tech knows and remembers each of our cars and is always willing to align the cars to our custom specs (budget-friendly race alignment...yesssss!). In fact, all of the techs and service managers we've dealt with over the past 5 years are very knowledgeable and are always willing to talk to us (and listen to us) about the aftermarket modifications on our cars. Their reputation for being enthusiast-friendly is well-earned. They have never kept us waiting, they've always done excellent work, and their prices are actually quite reasonable. I trust these guys completely and I'll be a customer for life! read more

I wish there was a zero star review. This dealership is unethical dishonorable sneaky immoral exploiting vicious predatory merciless and souless. Completely and totally took advantage of two kids that have two babies and daddy was going through chemotherapy and brain surgery because they walked in the door with a high credit score. They were lied to taken advantage of and led to believe the dealership was trying to take care of them. Now they are $15,000 upside down in a vehicle that is worth $5,000. Multiple repairs have had to be done since 2 days after they bought the car. Yes everything is legal blah blah blah. They are a young family struggling with health issues two small children and are young and vulnerable with a really high credit score. Shame on you Bountiful Mazda! read more

My car recently needed some work done on it, and luckily I had purchased an extended warranty, as the manufacturer warranty was expired. Gary and Chris were so great to work with; they helped me deal with the extended warranty company, who was difficult to work with to say the least. Gary and Chris would call me on a regular basis to let me know how things were progressing, if I needed to turn in other service records, and were honest about what could happen if the company denied the claim. I never had to call them to ask what was going on, they called me nearly every day while the warranty company was making their decisions. They have been wonderful to work with, and I highly recommend them if you ever need work on your vehicle. read more

I purchased my Mazda CX-5 in March of 2014. Bountiful Mazda made the car buying experience simple and smooth! Answered all my questions, worked with me to get a payment I could afford and there was no pushing on a decision. I had done my homework for 3 months before jumping into a new car, and ever since they have been better than expected. Recently we have had a run of misfortune, and Chris Sylvester (Bmazda's Service Manager) was very understanding and helped me get a new windshield and an interior detail. I've been going to Bountiful mazda since buying my car from them three years ago. They have done the service on my car and I've been satisfied. They are honest and upfront if they make mistakes. Today they ordered in a mazda certified part on accident when I was quoted an aftermarket one. I wasn't notified of this change until the work was done and wasn't pleased with the huge price difference. I was really surprised how different this dealership was. From the second I walked in, everyone was really nice and didn't push me into buying anything that I didn't want. They found me the car that I wanted and I decided to buy it from them. One of the main reasons that I did buy the car was for the tires for life program that they offer. The tires for life program and the oil for life program have paid for themselves time and time again. Initially i was a little skeptical about the program.
