He was dismissive, offered no apology, and deflected responsibility rather than acknowledging a serious lapse in care. When asked directly about their standards for safe assistance, he confirmed they provide it, yet seemed more focused on irrelevant details--such as whether stairs were involved--when my father's fall occurred on a flat surface. For a service that advertises assistance for vulnerable individuals, this level of negligence and lack of accountability is unacceptable. I would not recommend this company.
