So my kids wanted to go some place new and I found this indoor playground on yelp. What surprised me is that alone in maybe a 200m radius they have 4 indoor playgrounds this one included. There must be a high demand in this area. I reviewed the other 3 places and today I am reviewing this one. We walked in there right at opening time ( 10am ) and for almost the entire first hour we had the entire place to ourselves. The staff behind the counter was very friendly, you pay cash or debit. They don't accept credit cards. I was surprised at how big the place was, it has two big rooms that are connect by a double door size opening. In the one are you have a playground structure with a trampoline, climbing wall and a toddler area. The other room has a jumping castle, inflatable slide and again a toddler / baby area. Before you reach the play area you have a very decent size party / snack room with rows of tables and chairs. You can see wear and tear on a lot of equipment but it's overall very clean, bathrooms are also very clean. They have two air hockey tables which are gonna cost you $1.- per game which is a first that I have seen at indoor playground. Usually they offer them for free. They have a small Train & Car Table with no cars, when I went to ask if they have any cars or trains for the table. Staff stated that I need to give her a $10 deposit or my driver license which I did. Now like I said, today it wasn't busy but I can imagine that when it get's busy you are gonna have to watch those cars and trains like a hawk if you want your $10.- back :) The one thing that bothered me most is that Adults were not allowed on the big play structure. Not that I wanted to go have fun on them but I couldn't help out my toddler. She was struggling to get up to the very first slide. So eventually she just gave up and abandoned that hole area. I mean I know these structures can handle adults from all the other indoor playgrounds that do allow adults on them. Your just not allowed on the taller tube slides or jumping castles. Anyway, I think I will definitely come back here, my kids had lots of fun. read more

The location is in an industrial park Oakville. Location was a fair size with a slide structure and trampoline. Overall. Not a bad place. However. We were rushed out 15 min early with them coming in and spraying the tables with mr clean and taking away plates. Also. I see no reason why a paid rental playground should have coin operated motorized wheels and an air hockey table. We are already paying hundreds and this is nickle and diming Some of the safety foam on the structures was worn out and there was quite a bit of dust on the equipment. Would not book again or recommend. However If invited. I would attend at this location. Many other sites wih better facilities and service. read more

Bounce N Play - Playground - Party & Event Planning Near Me - Mississauga, Ontario

First time here with my toddler for a birthday party for kids aged infant- 7 years old this weekend. I wanted to like this place but honestly I will not come back in the future for any reason. Likes - two party rooms are separate, so you have separate eating area, play and washrooms. - lots of ample room for eating and playing - lots of slides for different age levels (some had mats but they are not attached and kept sliding away for the stage 2-3 slides) - trampoline (but also self managed, so it got a bit dangerous and silly at times) - layout looked mostly like the photos online, except.... Disappointed areas - walked right in and easy to see which party you belong to, staff did not acknowledge me or sign me in, hardly saw them until near the end when they were cleaning up and trying to get you out. - the photos online must be when it was first opened, the toys (houses, cars) all had been well worn and played on, the stickers are missing and i have seen way better quality at Once Upon a Child store, garage sales and at daycare. - the play area was not cleaned in between parties, found more than 10 confetti pieces, ribbons, a popped balloon, pile of old gummies in the train table and small kitchen for the younger ones. THAT was unacceptable as those are ALL choking hazards to toddlers and babies and shows the lack of care from staff and rules of the facility. - only one change table out of 2 washrooms was not clean looking or had straps, so be careful if you need to use this - eating area, no one was wearing shoes, and the floor looked really dirty from being near end of day. there were ants near the bench area(window area), the 2 highchairs were both different and looked terrible shape and cleanliness - the coin operated pony ride and hockey table was a hilarious concept My son had a fun time for what it was, the birthday girl and friends enjoyed themselves, but as a parent I would not use this place, there are more cleaner party places to celebrate at. read more

First, a couple of months ago, we were invited to a party and our children (5 and 7) had a blast. So much so, that our son insisted he wanted to have his birthday party at Bounce N Play. So recently we hosted a birthday party at Bounce N Play. Overall, the experience was great - and we will be back for some indoor play and the next birthday party. I agree that we were rushed out the door when the party time was ending: but this is something we were informed about when we made the reservation. This is a popular place with back to back parties and with only 15 minutes between them to clean up. So the staff has no choice. We could have reserved a longer play slot ( 2.5 hours or longer) - for an extra fee. The fact that the party room is private is amazing. Most other playgrounds have shared play areas, which then can be a bit of a challenge if I want to find my kids. The playground has seen some changes since the earlier reviews ( no more inflatables - there is a new climb structure instead; some new toys) and we understand that some more new toys will be brought in. Yes, many of the toys are used ( although the climbing facility in one of the rooms looks quite new). That is a fact. Do my kids care? No. Did they have fun? Yes. We will be definitely be back! read more

We called in the morning to make sure it open before we drive over. The person pick up the phone told us it open till 3pm. Then we drove 30 mins over and found that it was closed!!!! What kind of business it is??? read more

I have hosted two birthday parties here. My kids and their friends had a great time. All of our guests really appreciated that the play area and party room were private. It is much less crowded than other indoor playgrounds. The kids had a lot of space to play and a variety of activities. The party room was also spacious for the parents to mingle. Our party helper was very friendly and helpful. It's a great party option for young children! read more

We came here for a birthday party and the kids all enjoyed themselves. There was no interaction with the staff other than when we first entered and they were friendly. They lose a star for charging for air hockey and the rides....I would prefer they just didn't have them at all because once one parent started, it was really annoying that they were all asking. read more

This place was a little disappointing to say the least. I attended with my two daughters for a birthday party. The set up was the best part. The fact that there were two separate rooms with two separate parties going on at the same time and the kids did not overlap. Having said that, that would be the only thing that was ideal about this place. Equipment was worn out and very well used. There were components on some of the toddler toys that were broken and or missing. They are still charging for mechanical rides. I also noticed that the washroom in the play area that had the change table smelled of heavy cigarette smoke. The staff was not kid friendly and also rushed to the party out by starting to clean up tables. The party was from 10 to 12 and we were out promptly at 12. It lacked areas for the kids to sit and take off winter boots without walking with their socks feedthrough wet slush on the floor. They also spelled the name of the child having the birthday party wrong on their welcome wall. They had one CD from the movie Tarzan with Phil Collins playing on the loop for two hours. Very annoying. Such a simple thing to do to hook up an iPod with more kid music from, I don't know, let's say movies that the kids actually know!! I would not take my child there based on what I saw. Oh... Bring your own hand sanitizer. read more

Oh, how sad that new owners have taken over Bounce n Play. After so many years of happy memories, this place has changed - oh Sophia, your heart would break. The lady at the front is just so RUDE and acts as if you are an inconvenience when you pay the money to play and certain things are not set up. The place has gone from spotless to filthy dirty. No more clean eating area with fresh brewed coffee...just a dirty, unkept indoor playground and a snarl if you ask them to put coffee on. Oh, and don't ask for milk, that gets an eye roll. Sadly, one of the best indoor playgrounds in the GTA has become a dirty establishment with rude staff and broken equipment. read more

I had my sons 2nd Birthday at Bounce N Play... DISAPPOINTED... it was on June 10th from 5 to 7:30pm. The air conditioning was NOT working at all.. when I spoke to the owner his response was that he will give me 10 free play passes as the air conditioning was aparantly "partially" working. I had his employees tell me that the issue is ongoing for 2 weeks. The disappointment is that my son only turns 2 once and most of my guests were outside because it was wayyyy to hot inside. The owner will NOT in any way compensate any of my money back.. which is a true disappointment considering I have booked multiple parties in the past at this playground, and I have referred multiple friends in the past as well. WILL NEVER COME BACK!!!!!!! read more

I arrived just after they were supposed to open for the day - no one was there. I waited with a disappointed kid outside for about 10 minutes and someone showed up with no apology/explanation for arriving late. When I went inside, it looked good at first until I realized how filthy it was. I'm far from being a neat freak, but the exersaucer was too gross to even consider putting my baby in it. Several things were broken or not working and there were no trains for the train table. It was my first visit and I won't be going back. read more

We recently booked the PlayRoom for my son's 6th birthday party. It includes a private party room adjoining the play area, a rock climbing wall, a trampoline, a huge play structure and a toddler area. There are 2 very clean washrooms you and your guests can exclusively used. I didn't see a diaper changing table though but maybe the BounceRoom has that. The faculty itself looks great, it's spacious and very clean. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I did find my server a little pushy but I still find her nice and accommodating. The whole room is great but the toddler area needs a little updating. Also the air hockey, the table soccer and the horse are not free. They don't have loud music playing like other places so everyone hears each other without screaming. I made all the food I served at the party except for the pizza. That was a huge mistake. The party pizza from Pizza Pizza are too doughy and unappetizing. I would go for a round x-large thin crust pizza next time. Overall, it's a great place for kid's party. It's secure enough as long as guests remembers to closed the half door. read more

Honestly I hope the management reads these reviews.I have been attending this place for a few years but I always get a bad vibe from the lady at the front. She seems very fake and rude at times.Refused to give us coffee even thou it was provided in the past, then said she would give it to us and then she disappeared. Then my mom made her own it took 5 min even thou the lady said it would take one hour? then she wouldn't give us the cream finally after searching the place she saw me and yelled at me not to open the cupords then I said if you would just give us the coffee you said you would make then I wouldn't have to work so hard..She said it was only for parties but then couldn't explain the sign that says that they would be pleased to make coffee ? Anyways rude ,she lied really honestly how much does it cost to give a loyal paying costumer a coffee.Wake up people I have five kids be kind to your customers not fake and rude. read more
