In addition, there's a mini golf, mini bowling , Laser Frenzy Maze and Atomic Rush onsite. Plus air hockey, basketball challenge and race car driving arcade. The facility also has a gated Toddler Area with toddler specific toys and an inflatable bouncy castle for ages 12 months to 3 years old. Kids Fun City is a good size indoor playground for the kiddies and adults can play as well. I was here for my nephew's birthday and we had the whole place to ourselves after the facility was closed to the public. With the private party option from 6pm - 8pm, the kids were allowed unlimited playing time of all activities that the facility offered. Plus we had usage of the two party rooms and the main sitting area. Essentially all of the Kids Fun City was open just for us. The facility is a shoe-free place, therefore, everyone had to remove their footwear at the entrance before they enter through the front gate and must wear socks. This was great to keep the area germ-free and clean as possible. The place was definitely clean and it was actually nice to be without footwear as everyone can be a kid once they passed the white gate at the front entrance. There was a snack food stand, but we didn't use it as we were able to bring our own catered food which was delivered right to the facility and the staff helped to set up. We also brought our own cake with knife and serving spatula were provided by the facility since we weren't allowed to bring our own. The staff were very friendly, patient and helpful - we should hope so as they're dealing with kids. Plus the staff announced when the cake cutting was to take place and gave us a 15 minute closing time warning over the PA system. Overall, a great place for the kiddies and adults alike as everyone had a wonderful and fun time. It was definitely a fun city.

No mini golf as mentioned in prior posts 3. Several out of service arcades and games 4. Ridiculously overpriced ticket redemption prizes I had 3 game cards, and with the remaining amount of game credits each card had insufficient credits to play a game. For example: cards 1, 2, and 3 had 2 credits in each card, I wanted to group them onto one card for 6 credits to play a 6 credit game, well, they refused to do that. The female working the front register said no and said I would have to purchase additional credits to each card. So the 3 cards had to be thrown out. You should also be aware that the photos posted here have changed significantly as mini golf is not available. I'll go back to Playcious in the future.

It was perfect for the two of them to burn off a couple hours and some energy. Sadly, many of the play structure is not adult friendly. They have signs everywhere saying no adults allowed. I wish I was able to play with my kids on the structures! My one deduction for this place is the bathroom! They will require you to take off your shoes, but they don't have slippers provided to use the bathroom. There was urine all over the floor and the toilet seats. I did not feel comfortable going to the restroom, barefoot!

They have a play area for small babies there's a slide those rocking horse type of chairs and small foam items. They also have a area where a screen is on the floor and games where kids can play soccer so they kick the ball into the net or step on the cheese I think it is.. They also have a area where they can shoot foam balls they have 4 guns so 2 on each side.. and like the rest they have those play gym where kids can climb up slide down.. They did upgrade on a few things they added the Claw machine and I noticed a race game.. it's a good place to bring your kids so they can use their energy.. But our reason today we were here was because we held our sons 6th birthday.. They were very quick in responding to your questions through email and they have 4 paw packages to pick from I choose paw package 3 which is $380+tax and it which is for 20 kids.. the flyer they have says 3 jugs of juices but I only received 2 and has 2 party size pizza so I choose one pepperoni and one cheese they cam in the middle of the party so it was fresh and hot which is great.. They did all the set up and cleaning for the private room.. I did have few of my own decorations since I was going with the NINJAGO theme which I gave the items to them 2 days in advance so they could set up the room and the decorations and cutlery that came was used for the adults.. and got 2 free play pass.. it did say part of the package the birthday child gets a free gift which I didn't received.. I emailed them so hopefully I get a respond regarding it.. The only thing I would say I'm not too happy about is I did misplace my knife I brought to cut my son's cake cause they mentioned right away they don't have a cake knife which I think they should be able to provide one for every room since the place is mainly for kids birthday parties. And when I called to ask they did see my knife which was wrapped up in paper towel but they told me they threw it out.. o thought they would at least keep it and call the people who was last there to mention they forgot or left behind their knife or anything because when it's times to leave parents are trying to pack up as quick as they can but can forget at times when saying good bye to the family and friends they invited.. and the knife I brought was pretty pricey so I'm not too happy to hear they threw it out without thinking of calling or keeping it just incase someone calls for it. I think I would go back just for the walk in play but for a party I would think about it first since so many things wasn't given and just the whole throwing out someone's item they forgot without waiting to see if the family will claim it

I guess this is to prevent strollers from being brought in as there are signs indicating no strollers. Had little interaction with staff but rules don't seem to be enforced here as we saw little ones running around with no socks. Onto the play area. It's a small space with a climbing structure with multiple slides. There are two arcade type machines which cost coins, and a game zone with interactive floor projections. The toddler/infant area is small and crowded. They have walkers, activity centres, rocking horses, a slide, and some foam cubes and mats which were used by adults as a seat and place to put their belongings. I was not impressed as the already small space for my infant was crowded with adults and older kids. Space is small but you can keep an eye on child easily. Lots of tables and chairs around. Good place to burn energy quickly on a cold day but kid got bored fast and infant had limited things to play with. Wouldn't go back. There are better places.

Unsupervised children run wild across sticky padding that makes you want to immediately throw away your socks. Located here are a few things: 1) indoor playground - it's decently large with lots of climbing and slides. Material is okay but definitely is getting worn. 2) inflatable bouncy castle. It's not huge but can hold a decent number of kids to jump around in. 3) arcade - lots of fun kids games that require extra money per play 4) pseudo tree top trekking - small course that hangs in the ceiling. 5) party rooms are available to store stuff and eat food in if you rent one out There's also some random toddler toys tucked away in various nooks and crannies of the indoor playground. The one downside is that it's sooo busy. I'm not sure what the max capacity is but there were so many kids and adults, it's sometimes hard to maneuver. It's great for elementary kids and up but not great for toddlers. There's only 1 set of washrooms so it's gets dirty and crowded fast since there's so many kids. One thing we didn't like was they advertised a package where there's enough food and drink for x number of kids. Ends up being just two medium pizzas and some juice boxes. Each kid got one slice and one juice box which wasn't really much. Summary: Pretty fun for kids of certain age but it's so busy and crowded, kind of too much sometimes.
