The food and coffee are exceptional. The Açaí bowl is a favorite of mine and always tastes fresh. It's on the pricey side so be prepared to pay $20 for a drink and a meal. Service is fast and friendly! If the weather is nice, the staff open the windows which lets you enjoy the weather while still being indoors.

Love when they open all of the front windows in the mornings when the weather is nice. Staff are friendly. They remember you when you come in regularly. They have great drinks but the cappuccino is my favorite. Doesn't really even need sugar. I also love their avocado toast and breakfast sandwiches.

I really enjoyed my time here, girlfriend & I sat at the counter for roughly 2 hours chatting. I ordered a dirty chai with oat milk, she grabbed the caramel macchiato- we both enjoyed our drinks. Everyone was super friendly. I watched the employees fulfill orders & created happy customers. I noticed the lucky charm drink was popular along with the bacon egg & cheese everything bagel. It looked amazing but I don't like microwave meat & eggs however it seems to work well for this establishment (almost like Starbucks) This place truly offers a friendly neighborhood feel. I can't wait to visit again.

Absolutely recommend for brunch! I enjoyed a delicious iced latte and berry waffle. It was just the perfect combination of flavors and a great way to enjoy brunch after a nice walk in Clayton, NC.

Blvd West is a great place! First time there today, small, but fast paced. The people were so nice, calm and patient. They have a good few items for breakfast and lunch but I feel like if you do it really well, that's all you need! I had the Blvd Bypass with the Cheddar Jalapeño Bagel and a cappuccino with 1 pump of toffee nut. I could literally eat this breakfast sandwich every day of my life. I'm not HUGE fan of pimento, but this was more like cream cheese consistency, truly chefs kiss. I highly recommend it!

Coffee is a solid 5 stars. We have had the coffee specials of the day and really enjoyed them. Staff is friendly and efficient, don't have to wait long for drinks and food after you order at the counter. The food is ok. Had sandwiches here before - turkey and cheese had too much yellow mustard and the chicken salad had pickle and watercress that just did not hit the mark. Pound cake today is really cold that makes it not exactly pleasant to eat. Will come for coffee and skip the food going forward.

Hip Coffee shop on Main St. in Clayton. Wife had a Carmel Macchiato coffee and egg & cheese sandwich while I had the waffle with fruit. Everything was delicious, but a bit pricey. Would have liked to have had some more juice options.

Dropped by on Saturday to see the new location of this Clayton favorite.. the verdict is "a Home Run"... the menu is expanded to add some really awesome choices. I'm a sucker for salmon, so I chose the Lox Bagel. She had the Feast breakfast sandwich. All are carefully made and delicious. Coffee was excellent, too. Service was prompt and friendly. Love the upscale decor and the location is terrific- right next to the Clayton Saturday market. Plenty of parking around back. Looking forward to trying the attached pastry shop, too. Overall, a great addition to our little downtown

HIDDEN CHARGES. Food was decent. Ultimate Waffle is covered in peanut butter but also in the every hole of the waffle. It was inedible because of the amount of peanut butter, so I had to scrape it off to have my breakfast. Nice service and a pretty place but, if you want the menu to reflect the price of your food it does not. Bacon on the bacon egg and cheese is +$1. If you buy a specialty drink that includes cold foam and syrup those will be extra charges on top of the $6.75 it costs to get a medium drink. Then, it will also not have any of the things that are stated to be in the drink. (No cold foam I payed for.) If you are looking to be disappointed come to Boulevard West! read more

Had trouble initially fining the place, since address hasn't changed yet on Yelp! One we arrived and parked in the back lot, we walked through the adjacent bakery to get to the shop. The new look is industrial, with exposed ceiling, long flat tables and stools. Line was moving quickly and orders were coming out efficiently. When I first walked in it was packed, but we still walked out with a breakfast sandwich and a drink within 10 minutes of arrival (around 8:35 AM on a Thursday). Staff was friendly. Bacon egg and cheese croissant was melty and gone in seconds. I'm still sipping on the decaf macchiato, want to savor and enjoy! read more

This is my 2nd visit here this week and both times the drinks/food have come out quickly and taste delicious! I ordered an iced coffee and a sausage egg& cheese on a croissant. The atmosphere here is very chill, they have some tables in the front, side and a quiet space in the back. They also have doors that open to an outdoor patio with astroturf. We came on Sunday with a few other couples and all of our children, they could play safely in the fenced in patio, while we conversed. I highly recommend for a quick bite or enjoying a lunch break outside. Oh and btw, they also serve beer/wine for the evenings. Give em a try! read more

We typically rely on Yelp for food when we are traveling, and once again, it did not let us down! This is the cutest little cafe and the staff is so nice and helpful! The idea of this place is nice. Very small coffee shop with a hipster vibe for sure. The menu seems the same, but once you receive your food, it's not. We paid $30 for a muffin, a bagel with cream cheese and two breakfast sandwiches. Yea, we were eating out for breakfast, so, fair enough. The problem is that everything was store bought and microwave cooked right in front of us. There wasn't anything special to it. Literally, the employees were basically waiting in a line to microwave our food. There's not like a hot griddle or a stove top. What we got in these breakfast sandwiches, really, were frozen ingredients that we could have combined on our own. There was nothing special to it. My daughter did get a 'pumpkin' chai tea which was actually a chai tea with pumpkin spiced sprinkled over the top. Let's call it what it is. If you're just stopping by for a coffee, or a drink later in the day, I'm sure this place is great. The value, for me, just isn't there. read more

I really enjoy Boulevard! The coffee is great, I typically get a latte and have loved it every time. The service is quick and the ambiance is cozy. There is some space outdoors for those with kids or dogs. I love the music as well, it has been a George Ezra vibe every time I've gone. It does smell a bit of cleaning products, which I don't prefer for a coffee shop. However, other than that I love it and would recommend to anyone in the area - it's the best coffee around. read more

Love this place. Atmosphere is laid back and friendly. The staff is always awesome. Tonight Saucy Crust was providing the food and it was great. During the day they are a coffee house and on the weekends they have live music, cold adult beverages and plenty of good times. Music tonight provided by Proton Jones with a wide range of selection. Plenty of inside and outside seating. Nice way to spend a relaxing evening. read more

I love this little coffee shop, they always blow my socks off whether I'm doing a little Bible study, or just doing a little bit of homework. It amazes me how every time I can get something different and nothing ever taste the same they have such a variety at such a low cost. And the staff is so friendly I would recommend anybody to go here and they have more than just coffee you can bring kids and pets as well read more

I love the food and the coffee in this place but I tried to get a coffee this week there and it was 2:15 pm and they had already closed the doors, when the website says that they close by 3pm. I don't this is fair with the costumer and also I was not the only one, there were around 4/5 people also trying to get inside. Just really disappointed read more

First visit my drink was lukewarm and the barista was rude, second time barista was cordial at the register, the one that gave the drink was curt but drink was tasty, third and final visit I had to trash the frappe that tasted mainly of ice, very little flavor. Love the location and the ambience, yet the overall attitude of the staff and quality of drinks needs to greatly improve. I was a barista for years and I really appreciate a great coffee house, this is sadly not one. read more

Nothing here is fresh. Everything is store bought down to the egg patties they microwave for your sandwich. The food preparation is sloppy, the person did not wipe their knife between cutting any of the sandwiches. The wall behind their toaster and prep area is covered in dust. My iced latte tasted like chocolate milk. Skip this overpriced spot and find you a Starbucks, at least they have cleanliness standards. read more

We just moved into the area and love visiting Boulevard!! They have outdoor and indoor seating; plenty of space, and their outdoor area is pup friendly!! They have some of the best coffee and chai tea lattes in the area. When their pumpkin products are in season I highly recommend ordering a pumpkin chai because it's one of the best I've had! I wish they would keep it on the menu year round because I'm legit addicted. If you're interested in food, they have a variety to choose from including sandwiches, waffles and baked goods. Needless to say this place has it all, great location, friendly staff, and great coffee! read more

Really love this place, the perfect spot to have a nice coffee and get some work done or just relax for a while. The Dirty Chai is my FAVORITE and the croissant egg sandwich as well. Wish there was more food options on the menu but it is a small operation and totally understand the logistics of that! Going to start planning my next visit now :) read more

Great addition to downtown Clayton! I try to get something different but each time it's the same Carmel Macchiato with a Coffee Cake muffin. The only downside is the Coffee Cake muffin, two times in a row they were sold out. All aside I really enjoy this place and being a small business I will drive here before walking into a Starbucks. I have REALLY started to appreciate the downtown Boulevard location. Boulevard has everything I need- reliable WiFi, delicious belgian waffles, the occasional iced caramel macchiato, good vibes from the employees, and decent pandora shuffle. Thankfully they started keeping the doors closed during business hours for numerous reasons (it gets really miserably humid in the summer here + flies/bugs). read more

Really cute restaurant with a relaxed vibe. Great for meeting friends for coffee or a beer. The food and drinks are great but I've not had the best experiences with the staff. A younger guy got my order wrong and I was pretty chill about it and just asked for another one the way I had ordered it. He was pretty rude and didn't say a word to me. He just grabbed the plate and when he sent out the new one I said thank you and without even looking at me he just said "mhm" and quickly turned. Not even an apology or a "you're welcome". I'm such a huge fan of this place! I go to yoga classes right down the street (Glow Yoga) and once my class is over, I'll just walk over to grab a cup of coffee or meet friends for a quick bite. It's comfy and easy to stay for a while. There's a great outdoor area also. Every once in a while, I'll take whatever project I'm working on (I knit commission pieces) and sit up there and listen to a podcast or watch something on my kindle, drink delicious coffee, and knit! Not a bad way to spend the day. Everyone up there is friendly, and the prices are decent. It's such a great addition to our cute downtown! read more

This place used to have great products when they were first opened, but like most established they loose the quality. Good luck hope you fix your problems.

I spoke with Barbara, who I believe is Nana & the owner. She was so friendly and it was easy to place the order. I called about a week prior to do so. She even was able to provide a few recommendations. As promised, the cakes were ready when she said they'd be, and they were beautiful, adorable, and delicious! Flavorful, fresh, and moist as a cake should be. We did a 4" and 8" and it was perfect for the amount of people. It was about $80 for both cakes, and completely worth it. I will definitely use Nana's to order cakes again, or even just to pick up a sweet treat or fresh speciality bread as I have in the past!

They offer beverages and a variety of cakes, cookies, pudding, and other desserts for purchase with a changing menu. The event and musical guest was great. I really enjoyed the singer. The female clerk that I engaged with was pleasant. The male owner was also present during my visit. I ended up buying a piece of pound cake during the event. The cake was moist and tasted good.

I got the combo so I had cheese grits (the grits were perfect, cheese just added on top for me to mix in) and a large drink. I made hybrid sweet/unsweet tea. Everything was delicious. The restaurant is reminiscent of the Biscuitville on Wake Forrest Road in Raleigh (one of the original). It is bright, inviting, and very clean. The price is very reasonable costing less than $9. There is a 50 cent per egg surcharge right now. But the food, service, and ambiance here, makes for a perfect Carolina breakfast.
