I would seriously look no further for your garage door needs. I have had some terrible experiences with previous companies overcharging me only to receive sketchy quality. The process was very simple. I made a phone call at 930AM on a Saturday and was greeted by a very professional receptionist which immediately gave me times for same day service. They were very flexible and came at at 1pm as scheduled. Valentino Ramirez, who happens to be one of the owners and technicians diagnosed the broken spring and worn down bearings. He made appropriate recommendations and educated us, on all options. We decided to upgrade to a new quieter motor that had smart function capabilities. Valentino guaranteed that their prices are competitive and didn't try to upsell me in anyway. Repairs and installation took about 2 hours. Thanks Yelp once again. My garage door would only close halfway this morning. In a panic I turn to Yelp and found the awesome reviews for Boulevard. I called them around 9:00 this morning they gave me a 1 to 2:00 p.m. window for repair, and at 1:15 Valentino and another gentleman we're here to repair my garage door. They had it fixed and good as new within 15 minutes. But the best part is that my garage door remote has been taped together for years because they no longer make the replacement for it. Great, effortless, experience. I've been putting off dealing with the tension spring coil, since it failed, 2 weeks ago. Anything with tension properties is always risky. I called Garage Door Experts, they pick up on the 3rd ring, schedule a service tech that same morning at 10am. The tech called me when he was 10 minutes away. Joseph G, was right in time. Joseph, was able to give me 2 good options, within 3 minutes of his visit. He was able to give me the pro's and con's vs, single spring and double spring......etc I selected an option, he went straight to work. Joseph was able to get the job done in 20 minutes. He also, greased all the door hinges, along with greased t chain on the motor, it made the motor run a lot smoother. Perfect consumer experience. I purchased one and while trying to program it, I unknowingly erased the code for the outside keypad and locked my car in the garage. Mind you I have never had a garage door opener and this was a learning experience for me! This was a Saturday and they came out promptly. Joshua not only opened the door, he reprogrammed the remote and keypad AND did some minor repairs to the opener, door track and replaced a hinge. The best part, he charged me for a minor tune-up. The total bill was $100. These days it's difficult to find a skilled person to come to your home for such a great price. He was kind, courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. Garage door was having problems opening fully the other day and called this company since they are in the area. Got answered on the first call and he mentioned he was booked he was booked for the rest of the day, but could take us after hours if it was an emergency for an increased rate. We elected the next day starting at 7am for the normal rate. Joesph was the guy who came out, called 20 mins in advance and was here on time. He offered to take off his shoes! Sadly our problem from the other day, never appeared for him with his basic inspection. So we elected to get the tune up just in case and since it was a few years since it's last tune up.
