I was referred to this company by a friend and received a quote from Keith as part of comparing 3 reputable roofing companies in the San Gabriel Valley. All 3 of the quotes were within a $2k spread, but Keith's came in the lowest. What really stood out as part of the decision was his knowledge, attention to detail, and prior experience working on the same type of roof as mine. In addition to standard shingles, my home includes a permitted sunroom with an aluminum panel roof that had been leaking. Bottom Dollar Roofing was the only company willing to address this as part of the project. Keith's team cleaned and sealed the aluminum roof, and it has held up with no leaks, even through the most recent heavy rainstorm. The process was smooth from the start. Only a small deposit was required to get on the schedule, and Jill in the office kept me informed throughout, especially regarding weather-related scheduling updates. She also provided helpful guidance during the color selection process, including a list of nearby completed homes with color choices I was considering, so I could drive by to see them in person. That made a big difference in choosing with confidence. Keith's crew was professional and detail-oriented. They kept the job site clean each day, removing debris and nails from the surrounding area. The work was completed on schedule, and the quality was excellent. They also repaired weather-damaged plywood and ensured the existing structure was brought up to code. Any potential additional repair costs were clearly outlined in the initial quote, so there were no surprises (though, as expected, some issues only became visible once the old roofing materials were removed). I highly recommend including Keith and Bottom Dollar Roofing in your vendor selection process. We're very satisfied with the results, and the new roof looks great. read more

We hired Keith to repair our sunroom's flat roof, which we had been patching ourselves for years with DIY materials, usually with leaks every heavy rain season. Keith not only sealed the cracks but ensured the entire roof was properly repaired. After his work, the roof has held up perfectly even during heavy rains. His expertise, attention to detail, and professionalism were outstanding. Highly recommend Bottom Dollar Roofing for anyone looking for a reliable and skilled roofer! read more

After my positive experience with Bottom Dollar in 2024 on a rental, I didnt hesitate to ask BD to re-roof my own home in 2025. The result was a beautiful roof that my family and I love. As before, the entire job was done smoothly and with attention to details. One of the roofers was out ill, so rather than delay my schedule, Keith (owner) was on my roof sweating it out with his crew - a real show of customer service and ownership (see photo). Pricing was very fair, and Keith was gracious to work outside of his usual area for this repeat customer. Thanks again to Keith, Jill, Wyatt, Cayden and the rest of the Bottom Dollar team for another job well-done! read more

Keith and his team provided excellent customer service from the beginning of the project to the end. I had an old Cal Shake roof that needed to be replaced which included plywood as the existing roof had none. Keith explained the process completely and what to expect with possible wood damage/dry rot. The entire team including Jill in the office were great. The onsite team was respectful of the property and took great care to protect plants. They used tarps to cover everything and left the yard each day clear of debris. Roofs are expensive but I promise you if you go with Keith and his team you will not be sorry and they are priced very reasonably. read more

No show the first time. Then rescheduled and they sent an elderly man to climb the roof. He was rude and demeaning toward my grandma.

Simply the best in La Verne! Keith is so incredibly nice. Great price! Great service! It was a pleasure having his team at our house this past week! Highly recommend Bottom Dollar Roofing! read more

They are professional and respectful of both you and your property. I highly recommend them for your next roof installation. I enjoyed working with them and the owner Keith really values you as a customer. read more

Roofs are expensive. All 3 bids I got were within $3000 of each other. Keith and BDR were highly recommended by another client, and am I glad I hired them. They took the roof down to the plywood and then finished in 4 days. And they did it in 100° heat. The crew left my yards cleaner than they were before they started. Oh, the roof looks great too. All 3 buildings- house, shed and pool house- look great, and the new vents they installed make the roof much cleaner looking. Very positive experience. read more

Keith installed a new T-Top vent and completed a tune-up on my roof, including sealing the flashing, adding mesh screens and painting the vents. He was communicative and did the job himself with one assistant, all for a fair price. Highly recommended! read more

The owner, Keith, is nice and easy to work with. We decided to hire them because of their high rating, 100% compliance with the law m, and competitive pricing. We needed our roofing done before moving in and he was kind enough to move things around to accommodate us. We truly appreciate that!! His entire crew was also very kind and respectful of our property. Even it was still vacant at the time, they still had it covered and cleaned up nicely. The roof is done beautifully, we absolutely love it and would recommend them! read more

We worked with Keith, who was very straightforward and honest. We received two other quotes from different companies, both of which were twice the price of Keith's. They used the same materials as the other companies and had a large team that completed each phase in half a day. Keith is an excellent planner. Once he gives you a date, you can count on the work starting and finishing quickly. The timing of the tear-down crew, material delivery, plywood & shingle crew, and inspection timing was all perfectly coordinated. The crews also cleaned up after each day which is a bonus these days. Special thanks to Wyatt, our project manager, who visited daily to ensure everything was on schedule and service was being met. Great team! Thank you to everyone at Bottom Dollar for our beautiful roof. read more

Last year, I contacted Bottom Dollar because of a possible roof leak that I was having. When it first leaked, I had it repaired through my home warranty, but then a couple months later, I could almost hear a dripping noise from that area that was repaired even though I could see no visible evidence of a leak: no ceiling stains, etc. Keith, the owner, came out and said that he sees no evidence of leaking either and so he didn't wanna do anything, which was very honest of him. But he did tell me at the time that if I ever wanted to in the future, because the roof is old, which it is (1990s to be exact), he recommended that I re-roof the whole back section of the house. Fast forward to a month ago, the rainstorms led to me seeing a visible leak unfortunately from that same spot. I contacted Bottom Dollar again and they were nice enough to honor the quote they gave me a year ago. From the time I signed the contract, they made it known when they'd start and how long it would take to do the job. The crew that came out was so nice. They took the time to answer all of my questions since I had never done a re-roof before. They came on time each day and they finished on time as well. I would recommend Bottom Dollar for all your roofing needs due to their honesty, quality of work, and customer service. read more

This is a great roofing company from the owner, Keith, to employees, especially Wyatt & Siggy. I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone! read more

It took me awhile to leave a review for this company. Keith, Wyatt and their team are highly recommended. They did our roofing last September 2020. Their company is very busy so you have to be patient. Like other customers we have contacted several roofing companies to check and see if they would give us reasonable pricing. Some did gave us enormous amount, some declined because of the small job and some just don't want to deal with the kind of roof we have since they did some work previously in our neighborhood. When we contacted Keith, he came and check our roof and said he will email us the estimate. My husband and I decided to go with Bottom Dollar and we did not make the wrong decision. We had a leak in our garage due to our roof and for the past years when it rained so much, it was really a struggle. It was really time to update our roof. Keith was upfront with his pricing and will tell you if you would need more or less. They were polite and Wyatt is a great leader of his team. It did not take a village to get our roof done since it was small. Their team was organized and they clean up after themselves. The quality of Bottom Dollar's job is highly recommended. Even our next door neighbor had theirs done a couple of months after ours is done since they saw how great the job Keith and his team did to our roof. Keep up the good work and quality guys! read more

I highly recommend Bottom Dollar Roofing! The owner Keith gave me a reasonable quote, much better than the quote from a Santa Ana roofer that came out earlier. I like that Keith is local to La Verne and has lived here all his life. I try to use local businesses if I can. His crews are respectful and courteous. The demo crew was very fast. Only one day to strip 2 asphalt layers and one original shake. Another day to lay the plywood and the last day and a half to shingle the roof, including new flashing around my pipes. I had quite a bit of wood rot but they replaced the bad wood and made it like new. They painted all my pipes to match the roof. It was a very hot summer week but they managed to finish safely and quickly. I am very happy with the job they did. read more

I've used bottom dollar roofing twice now for repairs on our older roof. Once in 2020 and just last month. The owner Keith is good and honest guy. He knows what he is doing and he shows up when he says he will. He has a smaller crew which allows him to keep things professional and do excellent quality work. Wyatt and Ziggy were hard working kind and considerate and respectful of our property. They left everything super clean. When I had a recent issue with some water from a past repair they immediately came out and made sure everything was sealed up tight. I highly recommend bottom dollar. They stand behind their work. Complete Roof Removal and Installation. Keith was great from the time he came by and gave me a quote till the time the job was complete. Bottom dollar roofing gave me a very competitive bid that was fair. They were responsive to questions and kept me updated on the progress. I am so happy with our new roof and with Keith and his team. After the ceiling in my daughter's room collapsed in early March due to heavy rains. I contacted Bottom Dollar Roofing based on a friend's recommendation, and Keith came out immediately (despite his very busy schedule) to take a look and offer to tarp the area that was damaged. We wanted to replace the entire tile roof with shingles, and Keith gave me a quote that I then compared to two other roofing company quotes and his was by far the least expensive and most reasonable ($10k less expensive). Given the heavy rains we had been having, I knew that good roofing companies were all booked up and I knew that we may have to wait until late summer for the roof work to start, but I was willing to wait because I trusted Bottom Dollar and the person who referred them. Nevertheless, Keith and his team were able to start the work much sooner than I expected and they were able to finish the entire roof in four days. They removed all the dry rot that had caused the ceiling collapse and did such an incredible job installing our new roof that I no longer need to worry about future heavy rains and the safety of my kids. The entire process was easy, efficient and smooth, and Keith and Jill were extremely easy to communicate with and get a hold of by phone and email. The whole Bottom Dollar Roofing team (both demolition and installation) was respectful and professional and left our yard clean after the job was finished. In my search for a good roofer, I encountered a couple other companies that seemed dishonest and had quoted me unnecessarily high prices by taking advantage of our desperation following the ceiling collapse. After doing my homework, I went with Bottom Dollar Roofing and am so happy to have worked with a trustworthy and honest company. read more

bottom dollar roofing company was really did an exceptional job with our roof. After getting quotes from close to 10 different companies their price could not be beat. The price was right but the work was better. We needed a completely new roof including new plywood. I was in and out on business nevertheless communication was clear and on time. I had an issue with email draft of their initial quote. I quickly called and explained what seemed to be off by a couple hundred bucks. They apologized for the mistake in calculation and fixed it immediately. Job was done in a timely matter with very few signs that they where ever even there. Months later I was looking into how to use a rain deflector I tried going to Home Depot on my own. Then I called bottom dollar and he came over that same day and fixed it up free of charge for me.
