My youngest has been there since she was just 3 months old and will be turning 3 soon. This daycare has truly become part of our village. Throughout the years, we have always experienced clear communication, professionalism, and kindness from Ayana and her staff. Their policies have always been reasonable and focused on keeping all of the children safe and healthy. As parents, we have always felt informed and respected. Most importantly, they have cared for our daughters with genuine love and compassion. During the loss of a grandparent, they showed our family so much empathy and understanding, and that meant more than I can put into words. I also trust them completely with my children's safety. The staff is CPR certified, and during a terrifying choking incident involving my child, they acted immediately and correctly performed the Heimlich maneuver. Their quick response quite literally saved my child's life. That is something I will never forget. No daycare is perfect, and childcare is an incredibly demanding profession, but our experience here has been one of trust, safety, care, and consistency. In a panic we called Jennifer at Specks Printing in Hermiston to see if they could print, bind and deliver 6 copies.
