This was easy and I got the deposit money back from soda cans, wine bottles and beers all in one place. Some of my items did not have return value in NY and Leona was careful to show me how to check which could be redeemed and which could not without being dismissive or rude about it and was clear about counting and adding up my returns. I think these characters are no longer there. Also, complaining about what they pay is useless. They state clearly that everything you bring to them it is just metals, so what an item cost originally or is worth is of no concern. Just ask your self why you are "recycling" ? For me it is not to make money. I don't follow the going rates for metals. I like to do good for the environment and the few bucks you get can be spent at the hot dog place next door:-) It's close to where I work and I am happy to have this place for drop off, instead of putting stuff into regular garbage.
