This is a great little welcoming tavern on Main Street in Selinsgrove. The bartender was really cool (John?) and he makes really yummy rum drinks. We were just in town for one night and after checking the area out, we stopped in Bot"s and had a few drinks, and then ventured out and stopped at two other places. And well, we ended up right back over at Bot's. We just felt comfortable there. The other two places, not so much. Oh, and the burgers and wings were really good too. Food is awesome and the staff is great! Rick is the best, he personally walks around to every table to check on everyone. I can't say that I've ever seen that too many places if any. My wife and I frequent Bots every Wednesday and occasionally other nights as well. I would definitely recommend the wings, best in the area! Every time I have set foot in this establishment i have had a bad time, but I wanted to talk about what happened recently. This drunk bouncer in a hat, with huge bottom teeth, started yelling at me for the way I "snatched my ID out of his hand." He also started being randomly homophobic, and then followed me outside when I left. I dont take kindly to strange, drunk old men treating me like a child. Absolutely pathetic. We've been going to Bot's since we moved to Selinsgrove in 2009 and it's always been great. The bartenders and owner are really nice people (I know she's not there anymore but Renee is still a good friend of mine) and I like that it's non-smoking. The pub grub is always good and we always have a good time. It can get pretty busy on the weekends while the college kids are in town, but it's still not too long of a wait for food and drinks. read more

Wings are bomb. They have this sauce that is to die for. It is called Raging Asian. Now the name could be better but the taste is perfect. BTW it is not on the menu you have to ask for it, but from what I can tell it is a blend of general tap and mango habenero sauce with something else it is sweet and only slightly spicy at the very end. I would recommend this place to any who live near or are passing through. Drink specials after and drink of the day can't be beat. Stopped in after some games at the university, staff was great. Owner welcomed us and asked if all was good. Loaded fries were awesome, so good! Also had the southwest egg rolls- loved them too. WOW, the food was so so at best, took forever to get it which I would usually give 3 stars. But my review has everything to do with how they over charged 6 of us at one table. We all had separate checks and were charged a total of $80 for drinks and food we did not order. Plus my check has $20 for 12 wings !?!?! The waitress said it was a computer glitch but this place I was told is well known for these types of shenanigans. My tip to anyone is to PAY ATTENTION AND DOUBLE CHECK YOUR BILL ! read more
