The one thing that they do very very well is their deli. They have a wide assortment of things like pasta salads and chicken wings etc. It's a great way to get something to round out a family dinner or get something to add to your lunch. I've been shopping at Harvest Health for decades, starting in Grand Rapids. It seems like the people working in this store aren't very enthusiastic or eager to help. Last time I went there (within the past month) they were out of 3 things I specifically stopped there for (one of the was just organic ground beef - the cooler shelves were bare). Another of the things was in the skin care aisle, and there was an empty box where the item had sold out. I asked the employee if they happened to have any in back. She told me they didn't, so I asked if she knew when they might get their next delivery (this is actually a common question at Harvest Health and they usually know when the Red Rooster bread will come in, or the Hilhof milk or whatever. The manager happened to be walking by, so she stopped her and told her what I was looking for and if it should come in soon. She just kept walking as she said she didn't know. Later she was by the registers and just seemed really unfriendly as if she were bored being there. Much better experiences when I go to the Hudsonville location or stop at the health food store on S. Washington in Holland.
