Great selection, great design service and great installation. Fast forward 30 years, and the customer service gets even better. Old house, new leaks. Our bathroom floor gave out due to a leak that took months to source. Facing possible destruction of part of our floor to get at the leak, I went back to Mian hoping beyond hope there was matching stone to be purchased. Jon Mian very kindly went through his inventory and miraculously came up with four pieces of floor tile that perfectly matched that installed by his father. It's a great company that stands behind its customers for generations. Bravo!

His workers left a HOLE IN MY WALL and did not contact me, although Matt has my number. I recently came home to find that the hole turned in to an entire CLOSET WALL being removed again without my knowledge or consent. I spoke to Matt about this and he told me he would put up a temporary barrier and when I came home to check on it, I found that he left my property COMPLETELY EXPOSED. Although the job they completed for me is OK, they do not provide itemized receipts for the materials, and I still believe they overcharged me on the materials. Also, the work is not as efficiently done as I would imagine. The handymen are OK at their jobs, as they finally completed everything, but are far from being proficient at their jobs, as they have spent a lot of time reading the manuals, going back and forth shopping the materials they fail to get at the first time. Further, they do not leave you with the unused materials, even though you have paid for them. They have at least purchased a box of hardwares, and it's impossible they have used them up, but when I turned to them for these remaining materials, they just say they have used the materials up.
