The architecture is nice enough given that it is a campus that is not as old as many, especially amongst those Universities in New England. The Saab Emerging Technologies and Innovation Building is a highlight, which is visible to your left as you cross the river into campus. Cumnock Hall with its columned front is another. Though I did not have time to take advantage of it, there is an Art Gallery on campus for those with such proclivities. The campus is not worth going out of your way to see, but if you happen to be in Lowell anyway...why not? There is a Starbucks on campus and a Dunkin across the street on the north end to reward you with a coffee and treat for your trouble.

Club Z! makes all of the administrative aspects of tutoring a breeze and gives great peace of mind in that respect. This allows me to focus all of my energy on the students and give them the best tutoring experience possible. I also believe that Club Z!'s screening and matching process has led to great tutoring results. I have been put in one-on-one situations with students I am well-qualified to help and I believe the results have been overwhelmingly positive. There is no comparison to one-on-one tutoring with a tutor specifically matched to the student's needs.

My son attended here from Mid-April until Mid-June. I signed a tuition agreement prior to…read moreenrollment stating it was $1760/month for 5 days a week, full days. I should have been charged $3,520 for two months of care and instead, was charged $4,465. That's just shy of $1000 over what I agreed to pay. When I asked the director, I was told that I must've been sent an old tuition agreement, but that she didn't handle the paperwork. I brought this to the attention of ownership via email, who has not responded to me in a week and a half. I have since filed a claim in small claims court. Being deceptive and stealing money from families is wrong and illegal. They will not respond to emails, but instead are quick to respond to the recent onslaught of negative Google reviews. A comment from "ownership" in a Google review states they have changed ownership, and they have not. The business is currently owned by three sisters, one of who has stepped away from the business. It is still operated by two of the sisters, which does not qualify as "new ownership" in my eyes. This is just more deceptive behavior on BNGLC's part. The staff at BNGLC was great while my son was there, but it is overwhelmingly apparent that they were understaffed and overworked. The absentee owners are not taking accountability, and instead are leaving families high and dry with no childcare due to sudden & unexplained closures, and no refunds for days childcare was not provided. Yet, they continue to advertise new enrollment at a slightly decreased rate, while ignoring the families they had enrolled and lost due to the sudden and unexplained closures. Ownership also states in a response to a Google review that they were closed for "maintenance". Nobody willingly closes a business for maintenance abruptly for a two week period. They are easily THE most expensive childcare in the area and unfortunately with BNGLC, you don't get what you pay for.

My daughter started at Blossom N' Grow in February three days a week. I truly believe the care provided was warm and positive but only because of the director and teachers at the center- not the owners who remained offsite. Beyond that, everything else involving this center was a complete mess. Fast forward to June, multiple teachers and the director left. As a parent, I became alarmed at that kind of turnover for a center only open 6 months. Not to mention, the dedication and sincerity provided by the director was the main reason we were still there. After this happened, it was lie after lie. They were closed for one reason or another, BUT we would at least be refunded for the two weeks tuition (I have this in writing) for when they were unexpectedly closed and additional money had to be spent by families for emergency childcare. We also sent our written notice of termination of care June 19 (a full month ahead of my daughter's last day) and never got a response- they have our $200 deposit we are owed since we gave the one month notice as stated in the handbook. We are now at a $830 loss because the center has seemingly closed. I have written multiple emails and have gotten no response. I have called multiple numbers for the owners and have gotten no response. I'm tired. I'm frustrated. No parent should have to deal with this. Jess- since you respond to these reviews and none of my other communications, please refund my money. My husband and I, and every other parent involved, work extremely hard to be taken advantage of like this. Do the right thing.

Solomon came to help my daughter Chloe, an A+ student, as she struggled during her high school…read moresenior year with AP Calc and AP Physics. These courses were the toughest in the school and caused great stress to a student who had typically done very well in both math and science throughout her school years. Solomon tutored Chloe through the basics of both courses with both a deep understanding of these two subjects as well as his ability to communicate concepts clearly. This was especially important for Physics as it had become obvious to all of us that Chloe's teacher possessed very poor teaching and communication skills. Thus Solomon had to function as Chloe's actual Physics TEACHER as well as her tutor. His demeanor was hugely valuable too as his fine sense of humor and personally-supportive nature transformed the atmosphere of the process into one that was positive and confidence-building. This greatly alleviated much of Chloe's coursework anxiety. In the end, the results spoke for themselves: Chloe's initial C-range grades rose to A-minuses in both courses within one semester, undoubtedly contributing to her eventual college acceptance by Columbia and five other top schools, plus waitlists at Harvard, Yale and Swarthmore. Without Solomon's involvement, I am certain such happy outcomes would not have occurred.
