I normally don't leave reviews, but it has to be said. Don't go to the Boston Pizza DIXIE & AIMCO! Simple! I entered hungry and left hungry. I ordered the Fiesta Salad which was missing some of the ingredients and for theose includ.. there was barely any. Did not qualify as a main salad. Calorie count compared to the Chicken Pecan salad is listed as very close on the menu, but the quantity of topics was maybe 1/8 that of the Chicken Pecan salad that someone else ordered. The waitress tried to rectify the issue and bring out more chicken and toppings, but the restaurant refused. I had to go somewhere else for food as I was still hungry. Not being a big eater, this is just not acceptable when you're trying to eat healthy and paying $20 for a salad. Just horrible!!! Boston Pizza do better! I wouldn't go here again. Came here with a large group to celebrate a birthday. Service was on point - bringing drink refills without prompting, sharing plates provided and cleared on time, etc. Portion size was huge! We also went during a promo period where the pastas had a discount. No complaints with the food as everything was tasty, but the calamari rings were weirdly very tiny though. read more

I came here for a late night bite with my friend and only the bar/lounge area is open. It's funny because when we went to the other side initially, we waited a bit until a server came and said "can I help you?". We said we wanted a table for 2, if that wasn't obvious enough and she told us that area was closed. I'm just confused as to why they didn't put a sign or like did not know we wanted to dine in LOL. We went to the bar area and just sat ourselves. I ordered the Hawaiian pizza while my friend order the deluxe pizza. I really like the sauce on the Hawaiian which is why I got it. It's sweet and savoury, while topped with ranch sauce it makes the perfect pair. The waitress was super nice and it's a great place to stop by to eat. read more

Went here to watch a wrestling match. At the time we arrived, it was not busy at all. It took them an hour to bring our food and we did not order a lot. We had to ask them what the status of our order was and they said they were very busy (they only started getting busy after we were sitting there for 20 minutes). Nachos were fine. The shrimp tacos were not that good it was pretty bland. Not worth the wait. I would say BP is not a fancy place to go to but i think their service was really bad. Given the success of our trip to Boston Pizza in Burlington, we opted to try one closer to home in Mississauga. Once again lots of parking available. We were greeted promptly and as it was a quiet night we opted for the dining room booth. Drinks were offered and a fresh pot of coffee was made. BP was currently running a pasta promotion on Tuesdays (lucky us) so we took advantage and we were once again very pleased with our choices. Service was prompt and everything was excellent. Our waitress Amy was pleasant and quick to accommodate. Recommended. Only drawback is when a phone order comes in it is quite loud in the room (especially when it is not very full). BP may want to change the location of the phone or place closer to a stable placed worker to dull the ringing. read more

Had Sunday dinner at Boston Pizza as we received a $10 coupon in the mail for this location. It was the slowest service we've had anywhere in a while. Boston Pizza currently has appy hour so we ordered the 5 wings ($6) and my husband got a beer ($4). For pizza, we both got a personal sized pizza (The Meateor and Deluxe). Food came relatively quick so no complaints there. However, when it was time to get the bill, it took ages for our server to bring it to our table. I actually felt like I was getting hungry again while waiting for her to bring the bill over. Went there few time.... The good things are, they stays open till late, good for late night meals. The service is good, ample and convenient parking. Went to Boston Pizza for the first time with friends today, after hearing many great reviews. The customer service was great, we were seated very quickly, and our drink order was taken. We were also continuously checked on for refills and to ask if we are okay. Each of us ordered the individual-sized Tuscan Pizza, and one of my friend requested for Halal chicken on her pizza and her order was completed accordingly. The pizza itself was amazing, I thoroughly enjoyed every bite of it, it was not too spicy and so I added some chilli flakes to make it more spicy to suit my taste buds. Overall, one of the best pizza I have tried, although a little pricey for the size. We had to wait quite sometime after requesting for our bills, however since it was a little busy and since they gave us some mint candy, I am not going to complain. I really recommend trying the Tuscan Pizza when you go to Boston Pizza. Overall, definitely recommended, and I will probably visit Boston Pizza more frequently now, especially this location, since it's in a Plaza with Cineplex and Demetres. When I mentioned this to my waiter to make sure no milk ended up in his food the waiter went into the back(didn't complete my order) and when he came back to the table he threw milk at my son. we are currently in the hospital. I was here last night for dinner. this use to be my go-to spot when it opened,many many years ago. I can say it's been a few years since I've been to this location and the bars definitely been renovated from how I remember it. We sat on the patio and were served relatively quickly. I had no complaints about the service but nothing that was beyond outstanding either. She did her job. As I was with an individual that use to work for a BP, we weren't impressed with the food. We got the low calorie pasta and veggie burger. The burger wasn't great - the bun was overly flakey and looked stale. the pasta was ok, I've had the same pasta taste better at a different location. A few coworkers and I decided to go to Boston pizza after work. I was a bit skeptical because the last time I went there I had a bad experience with my food but I just went with the group. Let me start by saying the best part of our experience was our server Rhonda. She was honest, upbeat and friendly. I think they were understaffed that night as the service was kind of slow but we didn't mind. Now on to the food.. I ordered spinach and artichoke dip and shrimp tacos with a side of Alfredo pasta. The dip didn't taste like a typical artichoke dip, didn't really taste the artichoke. Extremely cheesy but not memorable. The shrimp tacos were a huge disappointment! I know how could you mess up tacos? Well there was no cheese, no salsa, no guacamole and no sour cream. Oh your wondering what was on it? Yeah me too, as I moved the batter shrimp to the side. Some measly pieces of lettuce and taco shell bits topped with a sauce. Worst taco I've ever had. I asked for a side of salsa, sour cream and guacamole. They said it would be an additional 3 dollars. I sent it back and just ate my side pasta because I didn't want to re order food. The Alfredo was so runny and bland. A child with an underdeveloped palate might like it but I didn't. My friend order the buffalo chicken sandwich. He said the chicken breast tasted frozen and he wouldn't order it again. The best part about the sandwich was the bread. My other friend created her own vegetarian pizza with Alfredo sauce. She said the pizza was dry as there was not enough sauce and the vegetables were overcooked on her pizza and crispy. My other friend ordered potato skins and she was satisfied with them. My other friend ordered hot chicken wings and cheese pizza and she was satisfied with her order as well. I highly recommend sticking to pizza and wings. When my bill arrived I was charged 4.99 for the side pasta that came with the tacos. I wish I sent it back with the tacos. The last time I went to boston pizza (square one location) I found a big piece of paper towel in my nachos and the shrimp in my pasta was grey. I have been here a couple of times when my husband craves gourmet pizza. The menu has your typical Canadian/American food. The portion sizes are super big and two people can definitely share. My husband got a thin crust chicken pizza with some white sauce on it. The crust was nice and thin, chicken was well cooked and they put a generous amount of sauce on it. The negative thing was that there was too much oil in it. Not only was the base covered in oil but the top of the pizza was also drenching in it. I order the shrimp tacos. The order came with 3 pieces of it. The shrimps were too battered and deep fried but the seasoning was good. The tortillas were over cooked so they got crunchy which I did not like, since I ordered soft tacos. There was also too much lettuce and tomatoes inside the taco. I wish they put some salsa, corn, sour cream, purple cabbage etc. in it. I have also tried their shrimp fettuccine which is also covered in oil. But otherwise it tasted fine. The restaurant is huge and lot of space to sit around as its part of the Courtney Park plaze.... there is a lot of rush in the area due to theatres. The food is just like the bar food you would expect so not much... and if you been going there the menu hasn't changed much in years. Although they have started to keep halal chicken now so you can ask them to put it in any burger, pasta and pizza. So thats a good addition for people with Halal preferences. I been going there to celebrate after every CGA exam we finish as we do it close by. The service has always been good and no complaints there. The food is not delayed and atmosphere is nice. My order came out in timely manner and was still very hot. Presentation:. When my order arrived it looked very appetizing although the square white plate did seem to detract from it for some reason. Flavor:. Very good although I am not a big fan of the buffalo sauce on the chicken. Still good just not my cup of tea. As a note on this I try to order new flavor pizzas when trying the gourmet pizzas so I am not saying this is a bad flavor. Just not my favorite. I'd like to start by saying I love the Boston Pizza food. Delicious food with great flavours. In fact, it is one of my favourite pizza restaurants! My issue is regarding the Boston Pizza service. The Boston Pizza customer service is one of the worst experiences I have ever received. I have reached out by phone and email, and my situation has been going on for over 3 months. Boston Pizza customer service is truly for show; they do not do anything to support their customers, rather they string them along. I had a situation where I was overcharged by the gift card team. It took 3 hours to resolve with the company and my credit card company. At the end of the experience, the gift card team told me they weren't able to authorize a free meal/gift card/resolution for experience, but to contact customer service for support. I was told customer service could do something to make things right. Rather than supporting me, the customer service team has chosen to pass me along to different teams, without supporting me. I have been polite and patient, and have received limited support. I have never written a Yelp review in my entire life, but this experience was truly disappointing. I am a loyal customer who was treated poorly. My situation is still not resolved. If someone could reach out to me and actually solve the issue, I would appreciate it. read more

Definitely the best gluten free pizza out there! I always look forward to eating here because of how amazing the pizza is! The extra toppings are a bit pricey, and they go a bit nuts with the cheese, but still great! If you aren't a big fan of cheese on pizza (I'm not), just ask for 1/2 cheese. On my last visit they forgot to add tomatoes to my pizza, but still charged for it. We let the waitress know and it was taken off the bill immediately. So, I don't have much to add here about this location except it had a good patio and the server was attentive. One of the go-to spots my friends and I hang out at, when we can be bothered to agree on a time and day. The last time I was here (a few weeks back), my friends ate shawarma from Osmow's on the patio while a couple friends and I stood lookout. They have very friendly security guards. This BP location has a very large, almost cavernous, feel to it. Lots of signed memorabilia on the walls, big-screen TVs, the usual. Food is hit-and-miss - can't say I enjoy the pizza too much, but as a stopover point for drinks, it gets the job done. It's worth checking out at least once if you're at the nearby AMC Courtneypark to see a movie, but don't go out of your way to visit it. Best thick crust gluten-free pizza I've had.

We went to Boston Pizza because we were offered discounts through the Mississauga Hockey League. We showed our server the coupons we intended to use. One was for a free kids meal or individual pizza, one for 15% off, and another for player of the game another free kids meal/individual pizza. I asked if I could use the individual pizza coupon on one of the specialized pizzas the server took it to a manager, applied the coupon to my pizza and said nothing further. The service was not very good. I ordered a drink which I never received and my son ordered the bigger sized kids meal but it came out the regular size. There were other minor issues too, but fine, these things happen. When it came time to pay for the bill we were told that their system could not apply more than one offer at a time. There was no fine print on two of the coupons so I said as a matter of fact that they'd have to figure it out because we had these offers that do not specify that they could not be used together. The server rolled her eyes at me and walked away. Someone else approached us (I assume the manager) she refused to honour the coupons. I pointed out that this was misleading and dishonest, and I wondered why no one mentioned this policy at the start of the meal when I showed them my coupons. Only ONE of the offers had fine print, and it was so small that I literally could not read it. We were treated like we were trying to pull a scam, but really it is Boston Pizza misleading and tricking clients to come to their establishment and then not sticking to their word. We were called rude by one of the wait staff, and they implied that we were cheap. It isn't that I go around bargain hunting everywhere we go, but for me it represents sticking up for honest business practices. I was very upset by the way we were treated by both the company and the staff present at that location. But it didn't end there, knowing we were upset the manager even antagonized us on the way out. We will never return to that location and won't be jumping to go to any BP anywhere. read more

Frequently visit this location on Sunday nights, and it's surprisingly busy as its located next to a movie theatre. The staff are friendly, and the chain's menu is executed consistently. I'm a fan of the cajun fries, and they're never too greasy. read more
