Can I rate 0? I used to love this place but the past few times I've ordered from there, it was an issue. It's Halloween today so I thought I'd make it easy for me and order us all pizza before we went out trick or treating. I preordered at 2 45pm for delivery at 4 45pm. My order didn't come until 6pm! I had called them twice and was told my order was on its way. When I asked for my money back during the second call (and my order had still not arrived), I was told that they couldn't do it and were too busy to find my receipt. This is unacceptable. We were about to leave the house when the order arrived. By then, I had already rushed to feed my kids dinner before we had to leave. I am so disappointed. And I fully expect to be reimbursed. I like the pizza here but I'm so upset. Even if you're busy, learn how to prioritize and be transparent with the customer. Don't lie and say the order is on the way an hour before it actually arrives! read more

They tried to make me the bad person after fouling up my order I received half a dozen phone calls in which they asked the same questions and it sounded like I was on speaker phone/recording device. I order two pizzas and have a promo on door dash app. I get my delivery on time, but not as expected. At first it was "call this 341, no call this 341, no that was your area codes 341 etc. I finally get the right one. I work out of town for weeks at a time and I was placed in oakville with accommodations. I'm given a daily allowance and chose to try 341 pizza. After messing up a pizza, they wanted me to accept the fact it was wrong. I didn't. They tried to tell me next time I can have a credit, I declined. (Never tried this place before and the first time I did I had issues, why try again?) They send the owner to my hotel with my replacement pizza and asked me for the wrong pizza back. Hesitant, I showed them the incorrect pizza I never ordered, and they asked for the pizza back, so they could "show the employee what they did wrong" Because I wasn't going to eat the pizza that had toppings that'd kill me on it, they took it back. No apology, no coupon as a sorry... No reimbursement of any kind... They requested I stay up later than I had to, to replace an item I paid for hours before, hoping to catch me in a lie. There's a reason cheap places are cheap, and this place is a RED FLAG! Stay away from 341! The numbers are weird. The management and owners are weird and the way they think business should be handled is weird. Anywhere else can be cheaper, better, and less work for a fixed issue than this hell hole with MEDIOCRE pizza. This is my first post in a long time. read more

Don't get me wrong; the pizza is good but not amazing. The wings are also good. Pizza sometimes lacks consistency depending on who is making it. The smaller guy does a great job but the bigger one leaves a huge crust and really flat parts. Where my area of concern is lies with the pricing. Sometimes I think they make it up as they go along. Order a Jumbo and get pay the same price as if I got the deal with a pop and dipping sauce versus not getting it. For example: with pop and dips, $33. Without, still $33. With three toppings, $33. If you really craving for some good wings, this is the place baby. The gentleman that is there at night was really friendly he recommend us some pizzas and Wings sauce. We had honey bbq and mild. Mild are little hot but good. Right in the spot. read more

I've been going to this place since I was small and its still the same owners. They always have good pizza and wings. You can't go wrong with their honey garlic chicken wings. All their pizzas are really good. Walk-in special for a large 3 topping pizza is $9.99. Prices are always good. Only downside is they have a very small seating area. read more

Its all about the wings baby. Hey the pizza is good but its the wings that make this joint special. That BBQ sauce is sweet and tangy and messy and thats how good wings should be. The other night I grabbed 2 of their deal for a medium pie and wings and that rocks my world for a fair price. This pizza is amazing. I'm usually very picky about pizza...I don't like sauce in general. I'm always tempted to get my pizza with no sauce. Anyway, I love the cheese. The cheese reminds me of pizza from home (I'm from Trinidad). The toppings were generous and the dough was well cooked. I felt like it was a little pricey but considering the taste it was definitely worth it. The delivery was very prompt, no issues with my order. It was a beautiful pie :) We are about to order again right now....lol Our standard order is a large pizza with pepperoni, ground beef, bacon and pineapple on half. This place has the best wings by far. I usually go to bars to eat wings, but this is my favorite take out spot. The wings remind of a bar in Toronto called Crown and Dragon. Their honey garlic wings are to die for!! I love the sauce. Their pizza is OK, but i usually only get the wings. Their garlic finger are also very good. This place is my go to neighborhood pizza place. My family orders from here on a weekly basis and they have never disappointed us! The price is fantastic for the high quality delicious pizza you get, and the wings are made to perfection (particularly the honey garlic coated wings). but beware the spicy wings are REAL spicy (still delic though). Additionally their service is amazing and punctual, and their family atmosphere will definitely draw your back here again and again. I read the reviews and made a late night delivery order. I can tell you the delivery was the only good part - the pizza was merely edible - it was very very bland, the crust lacked flavour and the wings were just ok. I ate 2 slices that night and tossed the rest of the pizza. It's so disappointing when you read amazing reviews and your expectations are for good food which then promptly disappoints. read more

I'm not saying this place is horrible but I'm not sure if I would get pizza from here again.. I ordered this Pizza because of good reviews and I didn't get what I expected.. Garlic fingers with cheese - they were OK.. I've had better Half of suicide wings (not horribly spicy but good spicy) and I got honey garlic wings (the honey garlic wings were way more crispier then the spicy ones, oddly) - Both I still enjoyed and they aren't Jumbo Gross Hormone injected looking wings, they are decent size which I like but I've had better and people were raving about the wings.. still decent. Overall.. I'm not sure if I'd order again from here.. so many other pizza joints that, that is the least of my worries but my oh my.. I really wanted to like this place as I repeat. I was craving pizza and this was conveniently in the area. It was good except a bit stingy on the toppings.

ordered last week mega meal with 3 pizza and 20 wings, they forgot the wings and wouldnt do any discount for the mistake but with plenty of arguing they delivered 30 wings, this week ordered same but triple cheese on one of the pizzas, came with just regular cheese from what i see, called and asked them to bring what i ordered and tyake this back and he refused because he said it would take to long to come and deliver again, he also said he put extra cheese on it so i told him i paid and ordered triple cheese, he said that is too expencive to do triple but i paid for it and he will not fix it. this is not the first or second time thay have screwd me over and not fixed it, this is more like the 5th or 6th time. cant believe i pay $50+ for pizza and they get it wrong so often. i would not recomend it for delivery. read more

This is that pizza place when you're hungry at 1am and you got some mouths to feed. The pizza is proper, and what it should be; crispy outer crust and soft inside. The wings are okay for the most part, I've had better. But for its price, this is the spot. read more

The plain BBQ wings here are AMAZING!!!! Definitely among the most scrumptious wings I've ever devoured! Worst service I NEVER got. I called one number and the guy told me I was too far to deliver. I said that was okay and asked if he had a second location I could call he basically mumbled and hung up on me. So I called a second phone number that was listed for another location. The SAME guy picked up and rudely told me I called him too many times (2) and that he won't deliver to me. I looked it up and the address is 10 min away. This is some shady stuff, why does he have 2 numbers for the same location when it's listed as 2 locations? I am obviously never going to give them my business it's way too much effort to even get an order in. Even if you cannot deliver, which I would understand, there are 1000 better ways to go about it.
