Worst wait staff I have ever experienced. Or server was a miserable women who shouldn't work with be public if she can't handle something as simple as being in public. Take the night off if you're miserable. Escorting adults out of the bar who are clearly in their mid 40's that didn't have Id mean while sitting family's with toddlers in the bar area. Doesn't make any sense but she was a miserable women so it makes sense to her. Food was good but portions where small but the entire experience was ruined by that women. Food was brutal and so disappointed after it's clear the quality does not match the price you pay to get food here. Sat inside and waited for a Chicken Pecan Salad and Bandera Bread. 100% real review ... Bandera Bread was ice cold but didn't check it until down road .. should have turned around! Salad was disgusting... Pecans were old .. no crunch and the "crispy" chicken was ice cold and noticed that when I opened the bag to check if it was the right type of chicken crispy vs the other type. Should have said something right there. Waitress almost took exception at me checking if sauce and right chicken was right. Bottom line guys' is you need to do better. If you can't carry out a hot Bandera Bread and a Salad made right ... DONT SERVE IT and I would be embarrassed to hand a customer who paid good money .. something cold and not up to any restaurants standards. We don't mind paying extra for decent food, but this is sad. Have ate their for years, and slowly been going down hill especially last 6 months. I've had problems 7-8 times out of 10. Question is why spend ones good money there. Have not been lately and thought I would give another try. I'm done DISGUSTING should be ashamed to serve cold food as a customer sits and waits. Do better .. perhaps another job. Poor atmosphere began with hostess obviously annoyed with a booth seating requested although there were abundance available . When our server was present she was very pleasant but that was a major issue as she was not present most of our dining experience and therefore there were no refills of beverages offered at any time . We were not completed our meals when she brought over take out containers without being requested . Our dining was 7:30 to 8:30 and restaurant not closed until 11pm yet the focus was most definitely in preparation of closing . Three stars subtracted. Why? Here's why. Service was noticeably missing. We were seated immediately but our waitress was lacking in attentiveness. Her visits to our table were few and far between. I ordered pizza bread to start with. Normally I would think some sort of sauce would be served with it. At BP it is not. I asked for some on the side. The upsetting part is the almost $3 charge for a tiny small cup of sauce. I don't mind paying for it but I wish they would have said something upfront rather than having to notice the charge on the bill. I also ordered the individual BBQ chicken pizza. There was absolutely no BBQ flavor or sauce. I guess the States prepares BBQ Chicken Pizza differently. It just tasted like a normal pizza with chicken. They do however offer a wide variety of items on the menu so I would suggest opting for other choices. read more

Quantity of food is copious. If you like pizza, pasta and bar food then this is your ballgame. I will give Boston Pizza credit. They have very high quality and delicious salads. On my visit to Charlottetown we ate here twice. First time I had some hot wings and a salad for dinner. Hot wings were okay. A decent 3.25/5. Second visit was just the lunch serving size Pecan salad. Again it was solid. The menu is diverse. just that it centres on mostly high carb dinners and meals. Where Boston Pizza excels is they have the bar- lounge (aka man cave) area with copious TVs are present. The other option is the dining room if you are brining mom, grandma, the kids or those who probably don't want to hang out with guys. The bar area is for more a lounge atmosphere where drinking copious amounts of beer and people are watching TV's are buzzing with sports. For some people, this is sacrilege and blasphemous during the dinner hour. For others this is relaxing and way of life. My thinking and metaphor is that's why they have cherry cheesecake ice cream for some and bubble gum for others. Take your pick. Service was good. No issues here. read more

Canadian version of Domino's, only more basil and a sweeter red sauce. I got a medium pepperoni with 3 7up's and the tab was $30 delivered. I have no problem spending $30 for a decent pizza but this is almost the worst food value I've ever encountered. The room service at the hotel had better quality food than this Chain. In all fairness they have a pretty extensive menu. You might have luck with some of the other items. I just figure a place with the name "Boston Pizza" must have good pie. I'm from the Boston area and I can tell you this is nothing like our 'za. read more

Went last night with my mom and my bff! It was a very busy Friday night but our server Paula was prepared for battle. Even in her weakest moment she was strong, one of our pizzas had buffalo chicken instead of regular chicken like we ordered but she was ready to come to the rescue and make sure we were happy. My husband and I just came from having a meal at Boston Pizza, Charlottetown location, We ordered the Spinach dip and Pizza bread, which was very good, but came to our table minutes before our main meal. My husband ordered the Chicken Fettuccini with Mushrooms. The white sauce tasted as if it had been made from powdered milk and processed cheese, he compared the cheese flavour to the pkg of cheese that comes in a box of Kraft dinner! I ordered the club sandwich, with fries, it wasn't bad, but there was supposed to be a sauce on the sandwich, there was none and the fries were not cooked enough! It gets better folks,the waitress (Emily) after taking our order and bringing us one round of drinks, was not to be seen again. she did not come to ask about our food, or to top off our drinks. when we were finished of one of the more disappointing meals we eaten at a restaurant, Emily finally came over to ask us how our meal was. 2 1/2 Stars This is based off 2 visits and I am really sad I can't give this place higher because they are really friendly, food comes out fast and I liked everything I ordered. For the American out there this is like Red Robins, burgers, pastas, pizza and a lounge side that serves Booze. Veggie burger , pizza bread ice tea. Friend ordered chicken and liked it too. The first time I ate there , on my way home I developed a slight headache but my friend got a pounding one. The second time the same thing happened. We realized it was the sodium in our orders. We don't eat a lot of salt or frozen foods so your tolerance goes down for it but for the average person who eats salt all the time they probably will not get this reaction. Love this restaurant! Great service, the waiters are very kind and sweet they make sure you are comfortable! The food comes fast and still tastes good, I personally recommend the boneless meat bites in honey garlic and also the Caesar salad is very good and not smothered in dressing. I've never been impressed with BP's pizza so I don't get them anymore. It's chain-pizza and that's how it tastes. When I do go to BP I usually get the chicken nachos with guacamole. They're delicious. A little pricey (like everything else on the menu) but good. The service is hit-or-miss. read more

Honestly the worst service I brought a few friends, one had a child under the age of six, The sever didn't take drink orders together for the group. Then we had a few late joiners. They got there appetizers before anyone including the child got our drinks We all got our appetizers before we got our drinks. "Now it's kinda funny " At which time I found out that the pizza I ordered for us doesn't come in a large I was instructed to have the medium The salad that my friend ordered came late and incorrect, but with a half smile at which time our too cool for this job server blamed the kitchen "I told them no dressing or cheese our kitchen sucks " My next coors light came in the form of Canadian and flat, he was nice enough to make sure it was room temperature though. Now it's annoying Finally we had felt the full wrath of his serving fury. When we asked for our check it was dropped off on top of our credit card. We waited for him to take it We waited for the manager to take it Wait, where is the manager by this point, a table of 13 adults and the manager hasn't come by... So I wait, another server or host comes by and asked if we are done and can she pack up our left overs; while she is doing this he comes by and tells my 60 year old father-in law he has to go up to the front to pay. It's ok, they now have gluten free pizza crust which is a big bonus as my girlfriend has celiacs so it's nice to get a pizza place we can both eat. Food quality ranges from very good to downright mediocre; seems to be depend on who is working in the kitchen at the time. read more
