The kids' meal is advertised at $7.99, which includes one main, one pop, and one dessert. However, when the bill arrived, there was an extra $3.99 charge for a pop. When I questioned this, the server told me that because the kids' meal was for a player who already received the free pizza, the drink was no longer included. This policy was never explained beforehand. I didn't ask for a free drink--I ordered a kids' meal as advertised. The free pizza slices are very small and not enough as a meal, which is why I ordered the kids' meal in the first place. With the added charge, the kids' meal became $11.98, which is no longer a kids' meal price and is not what was advertised. If there is a policy that changes what is included in a kids' meal when a promotion is involved, it should be clearly communicated before ordering. This experience felt misleading and left a very negative impression.

They host a bunch of tournaments and league nights as well. You can buy a VIP card for 40 dollars and get pool for 8 dollars an hour here otherwise it's 12 an hour. They have a great atmosphere with a separate bar/food area with lots of tv's as well as a ping pong and foosball table upstairs. Great place to host a private party.

After 2 bites Hubs had to take a knife and fork to it. Not complaining about the size, it was just sloppily put together, without care. The fries, raw and flaccid. Sent back one order (I wasn't going to bother sending mine back even though I should have) and the second order came out the exact same way. We didn't eat any of the 3 orders of fries. Our Server gave us a 'staff discount' off the burger which was $2.85. SMH. Also, why are you serving chicken gravy with the steak sandwich or the aforementioned beef burger? Tons of character, great music, friendly-ish staff, tons of specials (can't really keep track) and the bathrooms were NOT pretty. Looking forward to when you get more established.
