When I called with them to coordinating drop off they not only changed the schedule from 5 days to 15 day (which I get things getting backed up) but almost doubled the price even when I was fine with the 15 days. I was basically told they have so many large clients they didn't care about my job. I would avoid using Pike Powered Coating.

Remind you this thing is like 12 steps, 75 balusters, all kinds of pieces. These guys at pike had it all stripped, and re powder coated, wrapped up nicely right around 2 weeks. It looks way better than brand new. Dealing with these guys was nice.they were professional, and pretty much on time for the most part. I was really happy with the experience and I'll be a try turning customer if I ever need anything of this sort again.

I said no problem, i understand mistakes happen. I called him monday to ask when i should bring my car in to get that fixed, he told me to take the rim off myself and bring it to him so he didnt have to do that work himself. After i paid him $660 for DIS-MOUNT, RE-MOUNT & BALANCE INCLUDED. I called him now a week later and he proceeded to yell at me saying " hes not going to take my fucking attitude ", yelling over me, telling me hes " not taking my fucking shit ". All this after i said calmly " im calling because i paid you for dis-mount, mount and balance, i dont see why i have to do labor when i paid for that to be done ". He then proceeded to call me " fucking lazy " because i didnt want to do the work that i paid him to do. John Claudina is a complete asshole and shouldnt be dealing with customers. At this point i dont want him touching anything of mine, want to help you guys out that may be thinking of going to him.

The guy I dealt with was pretty sarcastic, bordering on condescending. The quality of the work remains to be seen.
